window installation
Steve and Gary installed 17 windows for us. They had to drive over an hour each way every day to get here. Every day they were here it was REALLY COLD. And every day they had a smile and assured us they could handle it. And they did! They were professional, experienced, and did a great clean-up job every day! They were also friendly and fun to have around!! We so enjoyed having them here. Furthermore, the windows look great from both the inside and outside.

Incredible Customer Service
I had a sliding replacement patio door installed in December by John, Matt and Jackson. To say they were fantastic is an understatement. When they started prepping to replace it, they found extensive water damage from my previously poorly installed door, not done by Comfort. It was more than just the basic repair they would do during installation. A supervisor immediately came to my home to discuss the damage and the repair. I was so impressed it wasn’t just a phone call. The money amount quoted to me was more than fair and they could start the repairs right away. Long story short, they were here 3 days. The repair was incredible and my door is beautiful. The quality is outstanding. John explained every step of the repair and installation. They cleaned every day before they left and hauled away all the junk. As a matter of fact, everyone I spoke with from Comfort, from Brian my sales person, to the receptionist and everyone I spoke to on the phone was professional, with a strong focus on customer service. They are now “my people” who will be doing work on my home, whenever I need them.

I had a large 4'x8' window area replaced on Jan. 14th by Mike N. & Cory. They took great care to respect my home & property, putting down drop clothes, wrapping a gnarly rose bush and cleaning up afterwards. Both were not only very professional & did an excellent install, they were also very pleasant and congenial. Thanks for the good job. I'm now enjoying not only a better view of my backyard, but a much warmer room during this cold spell. Jean S.
Very proffesional installation
Two vinyl 10' sliding glass doors. I would not hesitate to contract this same crew for any subsequent window replacements. James, Ernie, and Bill were respectful and efficient and left the site like they had never been there. As someone in the trades, I know what it takes to do that and I appreciate it very mush.
