Beautiful Job
I am very happy with the 2 new windows installed by Matt V. and Joe L. They did an amazing job. I really apppreciated that they came on time, were friendly, polite and extremely hard-workers. The windows are just beautiful and bring so much light into what was a very dark dining room. 5 Stars from a very happy customer.
Professional work
Brian and Josh did excellent work on our siding project. We made a few changes along the way and they were very accommodating. The house looks fantastic, very pleased with the product and workmanship.

Great Company!
We had our entire house with new windows from Comfort. We had a problem and they came called me right back and in a few weeks replaced the window with absolutely no hassle. Just a great company to work with. They have a guarantee and took care of the problem quickly.
Great Company!
Great company! Had replacement Windows installed in 2004. I still get free screen replacements 18 years later no questions asked.
Job well done
Today Comfort Windows & Doors replaced our very tired patio sliding door. The installation crew, Cliff, Kevin, and Mike (Truck # 174) were extremely friendly, competent and professional. They did a great job with the install, and with a quick re-adjustment of the lock. We are hopeful they will install our upcoming CW&D front door project. We were also quite pleased with Dan P, who helped us decide on what products to purchase.
A Great Experience!
Comfort Windows of Rochester put in new windows in my home. Everything was great. They were wonderful all around. They use great quality windows, and their products are made locally here. As a person who works in the manufacturing business, I appreciate that. They are very professional and have a lot of good employees working here.
