Replacement Window Installation
The bay window on my home needed replacing. Comfort Windows was contacted and the plans moved forward for replacement! Customer service rep Stuart was the first contacted and he and another lady were friendly and responsible following up with my phone calls. A service manager Mark T. and his team came and troubleshooted to determine what steps to take. The window arrived and Brandon, Kaitlin, and Jack came to start the new window, even in cold temperatures. Mark has a Great Team, they all showed it by their professionalism, friendliness, experience, and clean up! Major Thanks for a Happy ending and a beautiful job!! Happy Holidays to all!

Darren and James were excellent. Having workers in your house for 12 days can be a daunting task, but they made this a pleasant experience. Everyday regardless of the weather conditions, they were here working. They did a superb job trimming out all of our windows. Our new siding, windows, and shutters are fantastic. They tidied up everyday, explained all of the details, and solved problems quickly. Consider yourself lucky if you get the Darren & James crew.
Another great job
We had Comfort come back and add more windows to our house. Just as before the guys were prompt, VERY neat and extremely friendly and courteous. Jerry did a really nice job forming the window trim and was a pleasure to chat with. Eric remembered installing our other windows and was also a complete pleasure to have in our home. Both gentlemen are very skilled at what they do.

Wow! Simply the best!
Kyle and John installed new french doors for us in a space that a slider previously occupied. It was a difficult job considering the space had to have both its length and height increased. These two fellows did a spectacular job, were on time, were very concerned about making the installation perfect, were very polite and respectful to both us and our property and cleaned up their work areas nicely when finished. Oh...and the doors are spectacular too! Bravo!
Recently had a big home project completed
While the overall experience was satisfactory from beginning to end, we especially would like to recognize Carl and Randy who installed our siding. They were both very detail orientated, were very careful making sure all the siding and stonework was done correctly. They were friendly and always kept us informed and involved in what they were doing. Both are definitely an asset to Comfort.
Very Good!
I had my windows replaced throughout the course of three years, and they did such a great job! Their customer service is very good, and the salesperson I interacted with was wonderful. There were a couple of issues here and there during and after the installation was completed, but they did not hesitate and fixed them up right away. We had one that needed to be made over, and another time they took one of the screens back to their shop, fixed it, and brought it right back. I'm considering sliding glass doors for the future, so I plan to use them again.

I chose Comfort based on the price for the total install. Beyond the value of the product, the installers were great. Matt V. and Joe L worked with me to figure several components of the install that required reframing. A great product and great service. I have already recommended them to friends and family!
