I had a very nice experience. The crew that came all were very friendly, professional and very careful of my home. There was no mess inside the house, and everything was picked up and cleaned up outside. The windows are really nice. My overall experience was great, I would like to add that the guys who did the work knew their work very well and have great work ethics. They take pride in their work and treat it as if they were doing it to their own home. You are very lucky to have employees like them!

Great Experience From Start to Finish!
We had all the windows in our home replaced (23 yr old windows) - this included close to 30 double hung windows with an entire 20' wall of windows. Eric and his crew (Sam & Gerry) were outstanding. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing before doing it. They were very respectful of the house and kept everything clean and tidy. They even finished the project a day early! As with any project there was a snag - Eric took a lot of time to explain the details and provide options. Bottom line is we needed to engage with the product manager (Joe) and Comfort made things right. This has been a great experience from start to finish and I would recommend Comfort to anyone looking to replace their windows.
