We love our new double hung windows from Comfort Windows!! We needed to replace our 60 yr old crank outs that had broken over time & leaked. The crew of Matt Varney, Joe Lopez and John installed our new windows & did a very professional job! They showed up on time & cleaned up after themselves. We appreciate the guys took their time & made sure the windows were installed right. Any concerns that we had they listened & addressed. We will definitely recommend Comfort Windows to everyone we know! These new windows made a HUGE difference to giving our house a new modern look!
Great Finished product!
We got brand new French doors built in onto the deck area to inside our home and I was super excited. After the first go round of the doors not being installed correctly the company promptly sent over Casey and Joe and they were the best group of guys someone can ask for!! Extremely professional and would not leave until it was perfect for me, them, and management! I was weary at first but after they came back to fix the issue it overall was a great experience and I would definitely recommend and ask for these two guys!!

Our entire process, from our sales rep Chris Norcross, to the amazing installers, was seamless. Professional, courteous and personable, our installers Dennis, Gavin, John C, Ned, Chris, Mike, Ty and Floyd, were enjoyed by us as well as our dog, Chewy, (who thought he was the project manager!) Well, my windows are installed and my deck is finished! The windows are tight and smooth, no more yanking the triple tracks into place. The deck is beautiful, complimenting my brick house, and looks sharp. I can't be more pleased with my Window crew and Amanda's deck crew. On time and the workmanship was excellent. Both crews were efficient, were well trained, and the quality of the finished product reflected their knowledge. They were patient, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns in a professional manner. I highly recommend Comfort Windows.
door installatoin
i wanted to complement comfort for hiring Scott and his crew. They corrected a door install we had done previously by another crew. My wife Ronna and I are more than pleased with the attentiveness and concern he had for our questions. i have had work done by Comfort in the past and am considering hiring them for some additional projects. Again Fritz and Co should be very proud they have a guy like Scott in their employ. This guy knows his stuff.
Jarred was the best! Great experiance
Jarred came out to fix a lock that had broken, while he was here I asked some questions about some other non COMFORT windows I have. He not only answered the questions but he aligned the crank so the window works properly. I don't often say this about service people, Jarred was the top of the line! Your team came and installed my new front window yesterday and did a 5 star job, maybe more. Polite, neat, professional and great workmanship. We not only love the new window but the inside trim work is outstanding. I apologize for not remembering but I think Jim was one of the guys. We will highly recommend the company to anyone with an appropriate home project.!
