Fred and his crew did a fantastic job! We were very impressed how well they worked together as a team. They also did a great job cleaning up each day. It was a 3 day job. I can notice the difference already with the quality of the windows, how much better they are than the old windows that we replaced. Wonderful team
I was truly impressed with the team work put forth by Jesse, Mike and Dylan when replacing our windows. They were diligent in making sure the windows were set squarely and securely. The finish work was very nice. Things were cleaned up and set to rights before they left. We love our new windows and would recommend Comfort W&D to anyone.

The ordering process and support staff were all great. Installation was efficient, quick and Jessie/Ty, the installers, did an excellent job. Introduced themselves and we hardly knew they were here. Beautiful job of clean up and clear operating instructions/demo.

They installed replacement windows, a box bay window, and framed in/installed a larger window where a smaller pre-existing window was. ALL of them are outstanding - great quality, looks, and installation!

Windows Installation Excellence
Comfort Windows replaced every window in our house and we could not be more pleased. Excellent customer service from our salesman (Dave) and great work by our installation crew. Our installation crew of James, Ernie, and Matt were a great team and did fantastic work! We want these guys back for our next home improvement project! Taking Comfort in Your Work
If anyone has proven their mettle during the pandemic, it's the intrepid crew at Comfort's Syracuse branch. Despite having to work on a 75-year-old home covered with lead-based paint during less-than-ideal weather conditions (and a pandemic), they met--and surpassed--all expectations. The tear crew, led by T.J. Johnson, was fast and thorough. No sooner had they embarked on the "great unveiling" than the siding crew leader, Matthew Hitchock, sprung into action. Like T.J., he was friendly, reliable and professional. Matthew also could field any question or concern we threw his way. I felt like he and T.J. treated me as a fellow homeowner, instead of just another customer. That they had my best interests at heart gave me great Comfort. I hope we'll have the pleasure of hiring them again soon.
