I wanted to reach out and thank you for all your involvement in making our first exposure to Comfort Windows a very positive experience. From the initial in-home estimate and scope definition you provided me, to the schedulers and ultimately the on-site workers, your company provided a professional, courteous, and craftsman-like solution for our aging home. You priced us just what we wanted, in a reasonable timeframe, and established a level of trust. For these reasons, we gave you our business. You never led us astray with timeframes or costs. You never tried to upsell when I didn't want you to. You never tried to nickel and dime us with last minute add-ons. You listened to what WE wanted, rather than tried to convince us what YOU would do. Mike and Cory went overboard, working a VERY long day and into the night to make sure they finished up the job. They were very considerate and professional, and did outstanding work. And when they left, you'd never have known they were here. For THOSE reasons, you've gained a repeat customer. Perfect Installation
I install window coverings for a local company. As such, I see a lot of windows and see the work performed for people by the many local window companies. I began to take notice of the work as I was planning to purchase a new high performance bay window. Time and time again I realized that Comfort Window had a large share of the window replacement business. Their customers, now my customers, were extremely pleased with the overall experience that Comfort Windows provided. From sales, to site measurement and culminating with the installation , these people were genuinely very pleased. That's hard to do these days. I've also interacted with Comfort Windows crews while on the same job site. I noticed how courteous they were, how they took care of the customer's homes and how precise the workmanship was both the product and the work crews. COMPLETE Front Door Replacement
On 9/29/2021, we had a Complete Front Door Insert with Side Window Replacement. The installers, John and Dave were prompt, and courteous for the entire installation. They quickly accessed the old door, removed the storm door, and completely removed both doors. They then accessed the rough opening and made the needed modifications to install the new door system. In all cases, they worked promptly, cleaning up the old door debris, and keeping cleanliness as a priority. In all cases, our joy in the finished product was number 1. Once all the installations were done, they both made sure we were fully pleased with their work, before leaving our home, both with their workmanship and cleanliness of my home. These people are fabulous employees, and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE INSTALLERS. They support the COMFORT WINDOWS image of Quality Work, and Total Customer Satisfaction.

Brian and his crew were total professionals, from arriving on time to installing our new siding like it was their own house. I highly recommend Comfort for your siding needs. Living room windows and doors
Recently I had my front (large) window replaced along with my 2 front doors (exterior and interior). I had never used this company's services before, but after the job was done I was extremely satisfied! Brian and Chris were extraordinary, I couldn't recommend them enough!
