Wonderful Window Experience in Rochester, NY!
Our experience has been just wonderful. From the rep Jay who came and explained the product and Dave and the crew who installed 18 windows and a sliding door. Everyone arrived when they said they would. They were professional, respectful, and we couldn't be happier with the result! It's nice to know in this day and age that a company will provide the quality services they promise.
Efficient, Courteous and a Job Well Done!
We had sixteen windows and two sliding doors installed in our home in five days during some very humid as well as some rainy weather. The great teamwork consisting of Eric, Sam and Jerry did a fantastic job for us! Construction debris was cleaned up after each installation. As spokesman for the team, Eric kept us informed of what to expect daily. He was very courteous and answered any questions that we had. Beautiful Windows Job in Syracuse
FANTASTIC!! Justin & Derrick arrived on time and began working right away. Their conscience work ethic was apparent during the whole installation. Cleaned up after themselves after every step of the installation. I just can’t say enough about these two guys, except “they deserve a raise”! We just had our 1965 ranch resided by Comfort and the crew of Vito and Brandon. We've used Comfort in the past for windows in 2 other homes we've owned but this is the first siding job. We know Comfort has the best products in terms of siding materials but the job Vito and Brandon did is above and beyond in terms of a quality application and a professional result. We get many compliments on the job they did and couldn't be happier with the result. Both Vito and Brandon worked tirelessly in the summer heat and sun and I hope that Comfort knows what they have in these two exceptional employees.
