The Comfort Team that installed our door was excellent! They arrived as planned and worked through the day to get our project done on schedule. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly call them when I need other work done in the future!
Great products and courteous workers
We love our new windows and siding. We wanted a great product at a reasonable price. WE GOT THAT!!Immediately I noticed that they made our house warmer and quieter. They had almost all out windows replaced in one day. Only one not installed was a large bow window that was put in the next day. The siding is beautiful. The hardest part was choosing from the generous number of siding and trim colors they had available. Pat Culhane provided great product descriptions and help with the selections. I really liked the fact that the windows were made locally and they had there own installers. Thanks Comfort!!

An estimator came to our home and went through all the rooms and basement, and in turn, recommended an energy audit. The audit from NYSERDA did not end up costing us any money, and revealed all the places where we were losing so much of our heating dollars. We are using Comfort for all the recommendations from the audit. The price is competitive and fair, and the costs of insulating also comes with a rebate from the state. good work (measur twice cut once)
They did a good job.I had my exept windows done the picture window great job just minor adjustments.After seeing the good job they did on those windows,i ordered a picture window,another good job.But now I started having problems with the picture window,they measured wrong and the windows were hard to close.They replaced the window and one slider.In between that I ordered a storm door for the front. they did a great job on that door.At the same time they replaced the slider.Now I can't get the sliders out to clean them again wrong measurments ,have to order new sliders.this will the 3rd time they have to replace the windows.I now having a problem closing the windows again,plus the locks on the don't line up with the logks on the other slider.right now I'm not a happy camper.Soultion to this problem have the same team install the windows that have a problem NOW WHAT
