Overall experience was great.

Everything from Tom Hauf coming to the house to Dave Craig checking several times to see if we had any additional questions was wonderful. Both Tom and Dave made sure we had their contact information in case we needed to get in touch with them. Tom was leaving for a trip and even called before he left to make sure everything was going as planned and left another contact person to call if we needed it while he was gone. The installation crew; Kenny and Mitch; were just great. They walked us thru everything when they arrived on the first day and went over and beyond the entire time they were here. Comfort Windows is very fortunate to have such a great staff from the beginning of the job to the end. We had acouple issues after the windows were installed; one window came without grids and two sashes were scratched. After I called, someone came to the house the next day to look at it and did what they had to do to fix the problem.
