Great Job and Great Windows
We were very impressed how thorough the men were at installing the windows also at cleaning up after them selves. The windows make our house look better. I would recommend Comfort windows.
Prompt and efficient and did a good job.
Well had Comfort Windows Albany install ten windows. They were timely did a good job installing them. The only problem that I had was that They said if we recommended them we would get a $50 off our bill. We did recommend them to our brother in law but we didn't get the $50 they promised. We even called them but they still haven't delivered.

We've used Comfort Windows twice and like their service. We initially had some trouble using the locks on the windows and also saw daylight through the corners of the screen but they came right out when we called them and made good on everything. We love the windows and have already recommended them to some of our friends.

They did a perfect job!
This was my first time using Comfort Windows Buffalo. I had them install a double front storm door and they did everything perfect. The door was very heavy and it took about a day to install. I appreciate how well they blended it with the trim. The technicians were very good workers. The tension is perfect. You can tell it is a very high quality product. I am very happy and will definitely use them again in the future.

THE TIME LINE WASNT BAD
THE 2 MEN WHO INSTALLED THE WINDOWS WERE EXCELLENT AND DID NOT RUSH AND CUT CORNERS. I KNOW ONE WAS KEN BUT IM NOT SURE OF THE OTHER ONES NAME BUT I WOULD REQUEST THEM NEXT TIME

The slider windows have made it possible to enjoy our enclosed porch, especially in the wet and windy weather we have been having in central New York. With just the screens we previously had, the wind and rain would have likely kept us inside.
