I placed an online request for an insulation quote and received a call within 24-hours. An estimator came to our home and went through all the rooms and basement, and in turn, recommended an energy audit. The audit from NYSERDA did not end up costing us any money, and revealed all the places where we were losing so much of our heating dollars. We are using Comfort for all the recommendations from the audit. The price is competitive and fair, and the costs of insulating also comes with a rebate from the state. good work (measur twice cut once)
They did a good job.I had my exept windows done the picture window great job just minor adjustments.After seeing the good job they did on those windows,i ordered a picture window,another good job.But now I started having problems with the picture window,they measured wrong and the windows were hard to close.They replaced the window and one slider.In between that I ordered a storm door for the front. they did a great job on that door.At the same time they replaced the slider.Now I can't get the sliders out to clean them again wrong measurments ,have to order new sliders.this will the 3rd time they have to replace the windows.I now having a problem closing the windows again,plus the locks on the don't line up with the logks on the other slider.right now I'm not a happy camper.Soultion to this problem have the same team install the windows that have a problem NOW WHAT

Comfort Windows Albany is an amazing company! I had them do a front door for the first project. I appreciate how much extra time and detail they put into the job. I had them do a garage door that also come out excellent. Their workmanship is on point and their finish work is second to none. I am thinking about doing my bathroom soon and will definitely be calling them.

Excellent Experience with Comfort Windows
Everything about our experience with Comfort Windows was excellent. We recently had them install both new windows and had the entire house re-sided. The salesman was enthusiastic and able to answer all of our questions. He made 3 trips to our house in total during the process. Also, one of the windows which was delivered was incorrect. Within 5 minutes of leaving a message, the salesman called me back. He called me back an additional 3 times over the next 15 minutes and had the matter solved to our complete satisfaction. I know that mistakes can be made, but his quick resolution is what can make or break an experience. He was excellent. The actual installation crews were outstanding. They were personable and detailed. Overall the installation when with no issues. Their daily clean-up around the house was impressive. Being retired, we were around them a lot, asked a bunch of questions and just watched out of curiosity. They were happy to answer any of the questions that we had. I would gladly recommend Comfort Windows to anyone in the market for their services.

They were very careful in doing the work and left the area in clean condition. I am very pleased with my new windows.
