Excellent product and excellent service.
The windows were installed on two days in November when the temperature did not get above 20 F. The installers were extremely efficient both during the installation and when cleaning up afterwards. They also made a point of explaining the functioning of the windows in detail. The improvement in the appearance of the house met expectations.

Everything with this order and installation went as they said. Comfort came when they said, installation took 5 days which is what they estimated. They cleaned up everything, you would never know they were there. Couldn't be more pleased with their work. The only thing they don't do is stain the trim. It would be nice if they did it all, so you didn't have to coordinate that with another contractor. The quality of their work is superb, would recommend them to everyone.
Love our new windows
Had all (21) of our windows replaced in a 1969 colonial. Our existing wood single pane with aluminum storms were drafty & in serious need of replacement. We considered three vendors. Low pressure sales experience, diligent & professional installation. Can't believe how much quieter these are & they will be so easy to clean. The interior grilles are beautiful & the exterior aluminum wrap looks good too. Thanks, CW!
