I had four windows installed yesterday and I cannot begin to say what a wonderful job they did!! John did the inside work and he was so curteous and professional. He even went above and beyond by re-installing the brackets for my blinds! And I believe the outside work was done by Jarad and he as well did an amazing job! The front of my house looks beautiful! I have and will continue to recommend Comfort to all my friends! Thank you for a job well done!

My home is an older home and I needed to have the majority of windows replaced. Everyone from the salesman to the installers were great. It took a little longer to get the windows then I anticipated but they kept me advised. I had the same installers both days which is a good way to work, not having to worry about different people in your home each day and worrying who they are. They were very professional in all their interactions. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had 8 windows replaced this weekend and i cant tell you enough how great Comfort has been to work with! We had our first appointment with Pat and he was extremly knowledgeable, very personable and just overall a friendly person. It took our windows 8 weeks to come in (which was what we expected) and they were installed this past weekend. The 3 guys that installed them were very professional, friendly and great to work with. We were extremly impressed with how accomodating the installers were by asking if there were certain windows that should be done first due to the babies nap schedule (we have a 1 year old little girl). Overall, I would definitley recommend Comfort and we plan on getting more windows replaced next year!

I was pleased to buy a product made in Central NY.
I am pleased with the comfort Windows we had installed. I was pleased to buy a product made in central NY.The team who installed the windows were punctual, professional and polite. The only downside is the noxious smell from the caulk that was used . The fumes have permeated into the house and have made it very difficult to be in any room. Hard to open a window and vent since most of our windows were replaced. I spoke to one of the installers and he was also surprised at how pronounced the odor was. I wonder if the caulk was a new brand or if the caulk reacted with the insulation. I hope the fumes dissipate soon so I can enjoy my home with the brand new Windows.

Comfort stands behind their product. I had windows installed over two separate periods. Each time the sales and service experience was second to none. Most recently I had additional exterior work performed. The crew - Shane and Jeff - showed up on time each day, were pleasant and respectful, and left the work site neat and clean. Great quality product and value.

I had three jobs; two baths and interior doors replaced. The two crews showed up "every day" at 8:30 until work was completed (2.5 weeks). I have in the past contracted with other contractors-that show up one day and not return for a few days. Very satisfied with workmanship and site was cleaned up every day as well.

We had a total of 15 doors installed last week in our home. Every door in our house was replaced. David and Nelson were the guys who worked for us. They were so awesome- kind, friendly, polite, respectful, hard-working. They made sure everything was done as well as possible. With that said, David called the company and they sent out four more workers to get the job done. I could have hugged every single one of them when they showed up! I could see how overwhelmed David and Nelson were, and the company responded appropriately. Because of that, the job was pretty much completed on time with the exception of the caulk which they returned to do the next day for a couple of hours. The whole energy of the house changed with 6 workers there. There was camaraderie, idea sharing, and just a great positive vibe. We had all the windows (13) in our home replaced in June by the Amish. They also did a beautiful job but sent a crew of 4 in and was completely done in one day. Also, maybe it would be a good idea to have someone with field experience doing the scheduling so they know a reasonable time frame to begin and compl
Awesome products, awesome service
We had a bathtub installed last week by Tom, John, and Lee. They did a beautiful job and were wonderful to work with-Very professional and friendly. They had a problem with the pipes as we live in a home built in 1880. Lee said 'you never know what you will find when things are pulled out'. They quickly figured out to raise the tub a couple of inches, and the problem was solved. I love taking baths in my beautiful, new tub now! Thank you! I highly recommend Comfort especially if you get to work with these three guys!. :-)
