Excellent Windows and Installation
We had an excellent experience with Comfort Windows. The installers were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. For instance, they wore booties over their shoes and put dropcloths in their work areas. We had 20 windows replaced and they did it all in two-and-half days. They addressed my main concerns first like having to walk on a slippery metal roof to get to one set of windows. They had no problems as far as I know. I was concerned no more. The main thing beyond the energy saving factor was the dramatic reduction of outside sound. For instance, there is a factory near by and I could hear noises coming from it at night. Now nothing! Traffic noises too. Gone! I did decibel comparisons from the old windows to the new and my decibel reader showed a two to three point drop in decibel readings. All the windows were the Quad windows, their best. All in all, we are totally happy with our Comfort Windows experience.

Excellemt experience with this company at all levels and depts. l had 18 windows, soffits and siding installed.even when the unexpected issues arose they were able to provide solutions and professionalism. They stand behind the products and installation service.they honor the gaurantee to replace and repair any damages with no questions asked even if its your child or cat at fault.

Great install crew, very fast and professional
The two guys that came out were very nice and they new what they were doing. Installed my three windows quickly and cleaned up everything. After they were done they showed me how to use the windows and clean them. I have never used this company before and will use them in the spring to replace 5 more windows.

I am quite pleased with the work I received from Comfort Windows Syracuse. The workers that came out to do the job were always on time, very thorough with the job, and always did a good job after the work was done of cleaning up their work areas. I will definitely continue to use the services from Comfort Windows Syracuse if I need more work done on the windows, and I highly recommend their services!
Excellent service
Comfort Windows Syracuse came and installed 19 new windows in a residential home. All of the workers who came out where fine, very nice gentleman. I appreciated the quality of their workmanship. They all showed up on time and were excellent with the communication. I knew when they'd arrive and how long the job was expected to take. I am completely satisfied their service and highly recommend.
I've Had A Good Experience
I first heard about Comfort Windows Syracuse from my realtor. I hired them to install 14 windows and a couple of doors. It took the company about 2 days to complete. The results were satisfactory. Their prices were a little expensive, however, their customer service is great so it's worth it.

Comfort Windows Syracuse did amazing work for us over the last year. They replaced a dozen, or so, windows around our home, corrected some insulation, repaired our front door and our dryer vent as well. They showed up when they said they would and they were polite and respectful of our home. They cleaned up afterwards and really did provide top-quality work and customer service. Overall, they do a great job and I highly recommend them!!

i had talked with various companies about new siding for my home, but was only satisfied after meeting with Tom, sales rep, from Comfort. The quote was reasonable, the samples and explanation very impressive. Mike, Ken and Jordan did an absolutely fantastic job! They worked extremely hard, very thorough, and at the end of each day, cleaned up any debris left on lawn. They answered any questions I had. They were very, very professional and personable. In addition, it was delightful to speak with Kerry at the office to set up the appt and answer any questions I had. She is a fantastic "first contact" for the company! I continue to receive compliments on my home and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you Comfort Windows!!
Good quality
My experience with Comfort Windows Syracuse was great. Everyone was very nice, polite, and professional throughout the installation. I was very happy with the quality of the windows that i had chosen from them. The only problem i had with them is that the windows where not made correctly and their company policy is to have the installers put the windows in no matter what, let the service guys deal with any problems. Well, it was summertime when we had them installed so I never locked them until it got cold in the fall. At that time they didn't want to lock and I kind of had to force them shut. When it came around to summer again, I couldn't get them open. As I said before, Comfort Windows Syracuse is a great company who provides great service overall, they just need to fix the policy on installing windows that don't quite fit. Overall it took about a year to get it right. But I would definitely not blame the workers. And I will use them again.
