Hands down the best home improvement experience we've ever had. Our sales rep Mike took his time and answered all of our questions and kept us up to date on everything as did the scheduling girls in the office. The installation team of Karl and Randy did an outstanding job, they had 10 old wooden windows removed and new vinyl ones installed in one day! The siding installation was done to perfection, Karl checked in with me every morning and we did a progress walk through to ensure that I was satisfied and if I had any questions. Our house looks amazing and we couldn't be happier, THANK YOU!

Impeccable Craftsmanship
We contracted Comfort to replace our older french doors leading to our deck with sliding doors. Upon removal of the old doors, unfortunately, they found the subfloor very rotted. The installers, Cliff Wool and Kiren Cummins, took their time to replace the rotted section in a very professional way and the craftmanship of the replacement was perfect. The overall look of the replacement, including the vinyl siding trim and molding replacement, was much better then we could have ever expected. We can't say enough about the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installers, The way the installers handled the entire project is why we will definitely be coming back again with more projects.

Comfort Windows Syracuse gets five stars for everything! They were very professional, and they tell you everything they are going to do and they guarantee their work! They were on time for the install of the new siding for our home, and they did a fantastic job. This new siding cut our heating bill in half! The siding looks wonderful, we love it! They installed this siding in the dead of winter and it was very cold! They never wavered in their professionalism and got the job done! This company without doubt is recommendable to anyone!

Even though the job was done six years ago, I remember Comfort Windows Syracuse well. They installed two windows and re-sided the entire house. For the siding, they used a combination of four-inch vinyl planks and vinyl cedar shakes. I was worried about how it would match but they did a great job with the color. Even after all these years, the color still looks good and still matches nicely. Tom Hoff was our salesperson and was proud of the job they did for us. He uses our house for potential customers to see as an example of their work even though we're about an hour away from Syracuse. The installer, Brian, also did a tremendous job. I remember commenting to neighbors how the installers cleaned up every single day they were there. They used tarps to cover everything, nobody smoked, and they kept on top of the debris. The installers also didn't waste any time chatting with each other or with me. They just focused on getting the job done. Five stars for Comfort Windows Syracuse.

We had our windows installed years ago by Comfort Windows Syracuse. My girlfriend recently asked me where I got them and she hired the same company. When she mentioned my name to them, I was surprised to receive a little rebate in the mail! Even without the rebate, I would recommend Comfort Windows. I am still very pleased with the bedroom windows and the glass slider they installed. The same guys who did my installation also installed my friend's windows She is also very pleased. These guys are hard workers. I remember that my installation was scheduled for late October and, wouldn't you know, there was snow falling that day with high winds blowing around. I couldn't believe they were working in such poor conditions and kept asking them if they needed anything. But, they just said no, thanks, and kept working! So I was pleased with the installation and remain pleased with the quality of the product from Comfort Windows Syracuse. They have stood the test of time.
7 windows replaced... FANTASTIC!
I recently had Comfort Windows replace 7 windows at my home. I couldn't be happier! The installers were very courteous and the work was done with a minimum of disruption to my days. ( they worked here 2 days). The windows are beautiful, the installers were excellent and made the job look easy, even though it looked difficult to me. I would recommend Comfort Windows very highly. Everyone who has seen my new windows agrees that it has made a big difference in the appearance of the house. Next year I plan to have them replace 6 more windows.
