we just had our windows installed Saturday and we were very pleased with the crews that installed our 9 windows in one day, Fred and the crews were efficient, fast, friendly and answers all our questions. I would recommend them for any job. And the we now have energy efficient, good looking windows. thanks, great job
Very Satisfied With Our Windows
We needed new windows on the front of the house. The old replacement windows were drafty and cold in the winter. We hired Comfort Windows to install a Bay Window in the living room and a Picture Window with two Double Hung Windows in the dining room and bedroom. Josh and his crew were very professional and courteous. They were organized and efficient and the work that they did is outstanding. Josh answered any questions or concerns I had during the install. The windows are energy efficient and quiet. They beautify the front of our house and increase curb appeal. Excellent Job
Jesse, Floyd and Ty just finished up at our home replacing the whole back wall of the family room with new windows. Beautiful job! And very polite young men who not only did a fab install but a great cleanup as well.
Great Siding Installation
We recently had siding installed at the end of 2020. John and the rest of the team were efficient and the job was done quickly. They kept us updated as needed and explained everything they were doing. They were great with always cleaning up before they left each day. I would highly recommend comfort.
What a great experience!
We had most of the windows in our home replaced by Comfort! It was an all around professional job. We felt no pressure by Tom, our sales rep. The installers, Chris M and Ty, did an amazing job installing, cleaning up, explaining and showing us how the windows work. It has changed the entire aesthetic of the house, both inside and out!

House Looks Amazing
Starting out, Peter was my sales rep and was very comfortable to talk to and easy to get in touch with. For installation: Jeff, Ryan and Jordan did an amazing job on my new siding & soffits. I really feel like they took many extra steps to make sure that things were done right and that I'd be happy with them. They were all really nice and easy to talk to and didn't mind me interrupting them to ask my questions!

I Highly Recommend Them; They Do A Very Good Job
Comfort Windows Syracuse has done a very good job, and I highly recommend them. There are no surprises with them; When they tell you what the price will be for the installation, that's how much you will be charged, even if they have to do a little extra work they weren't expecting. From start to finish they do such a good job. In the span of a year, they installed eleven windows for us, and then we had them come back years later to work on our front door and bay window. The installers all knew what they were doing. They were quick and efficient. They also cleaned up very well. I would gladly use them again.
Love my new front door
So I started this teeth clenching process of getting quotes for a new front door to replace the old, weather beaten, sad looking one that was now warped and tired. From the beginning Comfort stood out with their attentive and personable Salesman, Bob. He explained everything in detail and also the iPad tool showing what our new door could and would look like once installed was a plus! Bob respected that I was getting quotes and stayed in touch during my process. Now they're prices were slightly higher than the quotes I got from the "Big Box" stores, and on par with some others, however, the quality from Comfort is well above what the others were offering. Overall, the quality and the ability to support our local businesses (which during these times is even more important) along with the price were the deciding factors in us choosing Comfort Windows. The install team was efficient, tidy and more importantly, patient with my constant questions during the install process. We've been getting compliments from our neighbors and I couldn't be happier with my decision!
