Sunporch Window Replacement
Today, your team (Fred, Kate, and Ryan) replaced my 4 old original 1939 sunporch windows (each 4’x5’ with crossbars)…plus a side window of the same measure. They replaced the 4 with just two windows and no crossbars. With an old house like mine, there are problem areas to solve in making new windows fit perfectly into old framework but they did a perfect job! And I mean perfect! Plus, they laughed and enjoyed their work! As if that wasn’t enough, they cleaned up my sunporch better than it was to begin with. I will recommend you folks to everyone I know who needs window replacements. Thank you Fred, Kate, and Ryan!

Above and Beyond
Cliff and Davey L. (truck 179) were an outstanding crew. They went above and beyond installing the windows, helping troubleshoot some leaking problems, answering my questions, keeping the place clean, becoming friends with the puppy... Five stars. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend. Oh, and the windows are awesome too!!
New Entry Door
We purchased a Pro-Via steel entry door. We were delighted in our choice as it has checked all the boxes in regard to look, style, color, and energy efficiency. It is a definite improvement. Great Job with Siding and Deck
This review is late in coming, but wanted to make sure it got done. We can’t say enough about the great job everyone from Comfort did in putting up our new siding and deck. I want to thank the following people for their professional service and workmanship: Brandon, John, Steve, and Gary (Deck); Jake, Jonah, and Larry (Awning for new Deck). I apologize profusely because I lost my notes on the gentlemen that put up the siding, but ,again, they were terrific. Everyone showed up when they said they would and got right to work. A special thanks to Larry for keeping on top of the awning repairs required. (One arm of the awning was damaged, so a new one was ordered and come Spring, it got fixed.) And last, but not least, a special thank you to our go-to guy, Don Miller. Whenever we need something done, we go to him. He’s replaced all our windows, insulated our attic, installed new exterior doors, and finally we got the siding and deck completed in late October of last year. Siding and deck took us 6 months to get due to supply chain issues, but it was well worth it! THANK YOU COMFORT WINDOWS. P.S
Exceptional Company
Your crew did outstanding work on our house in Brewerton, NY. The process started with our salesman Chris (who sold us our large front window five years ago and most recently all of our replacement windows and siding). We came back to Chris because of his exceptional way with our family as customers! The project continued with the window installers led by Kyle and his crew. They did an outstanding job, paid great attention to every detail, and were an absolute pleasure to have at our house. The siding team led by Matt was also exceptional. They too paid attention to every detail and made our 50-year-old house look magnificent. Once the project was done we hated to see both crews leave. Excellent service and product
We just had all of our windows replaced in our home and a bow window put in in the living room. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The crew were so professional and did an amazing job. They answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the 4 day process. I would definitely recommend Comfort to anyone looking to have new windows installed.

Great Experience
We are so happy with Comfort Windows. My wife and I decided it was time to replace the original windows in our house. We went to a few places to look at windows and get quotes. What we found was Comfort had the best quality and fit and finish. Just a great product. After we visited the showroom Mike came out to give us an estimate. He was great. He explained how they measure the windows so they fit perfectly and there is little mess. He was right. We ordered our windows in October and they were installed in late May. It was well worth the wait. We had a crew of 3. Dwayne, Rhonda, and Dave were THE BEST! I can’t say enough good things about them. They were friendly and took time to answer any questions. The windows look great! We also had an existing door removed and filled in and a sliding door installed going out to our deck! It looks great! In fact Mike is coming back to give us an estimate to update our deck with composite decking. I would recommend Comfort to anyone looking to have windows or a remodeling job done on their home. They are by far … A CUT ABOVE THE REST!!!
Amazing customer service
I've had my comfort windows since early 2000, have never had a problem. We couldn't be happier with them. The ease of being able to clean both the inside and outside of the window from inside the house is a home run. They don't fog up not matter what the weather. We recently had one of the sliders develop a small crack and Joe was sent out to do the change. As happy as I am with the windows, I am as pleased with the service. Joe exchanged the window, adjusted the locks which were tight and other small things. He wouldn't leave until I was 100% happy. These people present a great product and even more sincere customer service.
