Windows and Storm Door
I am very pleased with Comfort Windows. The salesman Dennis has been fantastic. There is a small issue with the screens that came up during installation of my windows that he is working to resolve. Chuck and John did a great job with installation. They were courteous, friendly, informative and went above and beyond when a small issue came up with the storm door. They were quick to get advice on how to resolve issues and stayed until it was resolved. I would definitely recommend and use Comfort again if the need arises.

Just wanted you to know how pleased I am with the siding project Darren and his helper recently completed at our house. Outstanding! A first class job from start to finish! After the job was completed not a sliver of debris was left. Kudos on the clean up too. Professional - personable - polite. What more could you ask for?

Replacement Windows
We had all the windows in our house replaced and are very happy with the results. The entire experience was professional and easy. Rich our Salesman was very no hassle, answered all our questions and gave us a great price. Customer Service was always helpful with our changes and scheduling questions. Cliff and his Team of installers were courteous and respectful of our home and did a fantastic job completing the entire project in two days. Previously Comfort had redone our bathroom and it still looks great. Great Company to work with.

Outstanding Service!
Every experience with Comfort Windows, from the salesman Tim Mansfield to the two gentlemen who worked so hard over three days to install a sliding glass door, bay window, and side window - TJ and John (Jon?) was excellent. I've only had everything installed for less than a week, and so far the quality and beauty of the craftsmanship makes me unimaginably happy every time I look at the new ones. Especially the sliding door and the bay. Worth every penny. Tim's lowkey salesmanship and honesty were prime factors in my purchasing the windows - and the price was lower than competitors and exactly as agreed on - no extra or surprise fees or changes. He came by the worksite to ensure the successful completion of the project - which is a credit to him, because this was nearly 6 months after the sale. I am impressed by this level of care. TJ and John were OUTSTANDING. Respectful, professional, thorough, careful, and ultimately made sure I was happy with their work. They solved some minor problems creatively and with an excellent eye toward visual appeal, and were so professional that I was comfortable attending to meetings out of the home, and essentially staying out of their way while they worked. Thank you for the kind, caring and genuine work that was done from beginning to end, up to and including arranging payment with Dena (Dina?). Thoroughly delighted and am looking forward to having a reason to call Comfort Windows for future work. Highly recommend!
