Outstanding Service!
Every experience with Comfort Windows, from the salesman Tim Mansfield to the two gentlemen who worked so hard over three days to install a sliding glass door, bay window, and side window - TJ and John (Jon?) was excellent. I've only had everything installed for less than a week, and so far the quality and beauty of the craftsmanship makes me unimaginably happy every time I look at the new ones. Especially the sliding door and the bay. Worth every penny. Tim's lowkey salesmanship and honesty were prime factors in my purchasing the windows - and the price was lower than competitors and exactly as agreed on - no extra or surprise fees or changes. He came by the worksite to ensure the successful completion of the project - which is a credit to him, because this was nearly 6 months after the sale. I am impressed by this level of care. TJ and John were OUTSTANDING. Respectful, professional, thorough, careful, and ultimately made sure I was happy with their work. They solved some minor problems creatively and with an excellent eye toward visual appeal, and were so professional that I was comfortable attending to meetings out of the home, and essentially staying out of their way while they worked. Thank you for the kind, caring and genuine work that was done from beginning to end, up to and including arranging payment with Dena (Dina?). Thoroughly delighted and am looking forward to having a reason to call Comfort Windows for future work. Highly recommend!
Wonderful New Entry Door!
Love my new door. Jerry and Joe hope were superb. They worked hard, and my old house gave them some challenges, but end result is wonderful. We will be singing our praises to anyone who asks!

Impressed Beyond Belief!
Chose Comfort from friend's referrals- From the start, everything was extremely professional- Estimate to showroom and workmanship. Seano, Brian, and "Q" were on time every day and very courteous throughout the project. Always asked our opinion on even the little things. And it's the little things that add up, from everyday clean-up and fixing things that were broken. After 12 years I now have a doorbell that works! Very, Very impressed and the warranty is second to none. Appreciate the fact that there are still quality workers in this field!

Syracuse Entry Door Installation
Cliff & James S. in Truck #179 did a fantastic job removing the almost 40 year-old doors/door frames from our house and installing beautiful new doors, sidelights, and frames! The work was done very quickly and professionally with excellent attention to detail. We already notice a huge difference in how well insulated our entryways are - no more drafts, icy cold floors, or noticeable drop in the temperature when you are near the door! The doors themselves are beautiful and are exactly what we wanted, they look great on the house and feel very solid. The crew showed up when they said they would, communicated well with us, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and will be using Comfort again when we are ready to start replacing our windows!
