Randy and Nolan showed up on time today 2/2/26. They were polite, friendly, efficient, answered any questions I had and cleaned everything up inside and out. I will have recommended them to friends and family and put a review on social media. I love my patio door and already notice a difference in the warmth of the room! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great experience
We live in Brighton and called Comfort for a new front door and sidelights. Our salesman Kevin was excellent. He took us through the different products and price points and even did a an AI rendering of the front of the house with the new door and we decided to add shutters as well. I could not not be happier with our decision.
Sales
Steve Pacilio came to the house for window estimate. He was knowledgeable about the products and the competition. They have a very good window product at a very good price. Matter of fact, the price came in lower than the other five estimates that I had.
Shower install
Looking to convert my tub to a walk in shower . Eddie M. was very helpful and explained everything that would be involved in the process. There was no pressure and he made the whole experience comfortable. Looking forward to have this project completed.
Siding and Windows
We had a great experience with both the window installation crew and the siding crew. They were all kind, professional, and showed keen attention to detail at every stage, from teardown to installation and the finishing touches like cleaning the work site and brushing off the siding or showing us how the windows can flip down for cleaning. The siding crew also installed our new outside lights and artistically placed the new address numbers onto the house. They even left us a bit of siding and trim for repair in the future, should we need it. We couldn't be more pleased with the work or the crews and will work with Comfort again in the future.

We had our 42 year old siding replaced this past fall. I decided on Comfort Windows after looking at 2 other companies that just didn't listen to what we wanted. I can't express the amazing experience we had from start to finish! The price was fair, materials top notch. The customer service was outstanding. They listened to our vision and suggested complementary trim. Steve was extraordinary helpful and gave us more than we hoped for! The work crew was diligent and a joy to have at our home. We are grateful to Comfort Windows for creating a positive experience!

Under the leadership of Franklin, and assisted by Alfred, the conversion of my tub-shower into a walk-in shower was everything that I could have hoped for. It was accomplished within the promised 2 days and the results look spectacular. Franklin was extremely professional and accomodating when asked to make a last minute adjustment to the project. Throughout the project, Franklin and his team were very thoughtful in keeping me continually advised on the progress of the work - and very conscientious about keeping the work areas (floors, etc) clean during and after the competion of the project. I would strongly and happily recommend this company to others.
Our new look
From the moment we met andy to the final nail in our siding everyone was professional. From Corey setting up the start date to Steve coming over on day 1 of construction everything ran smooth. The crew picked up every day when they were done. They were very polite and courteous. The foreman made sure every concern that I had was taken care of in a timely manner.

Marcus and his assistants Shelton and Alfred were so professional, diligent, conscientious and courteous during the complete bathroom remodel that took place in our home from 1/5-1/7/26. I have successfully worked on multiple DIY projects on my homes over the past 50 years, and am very familiar with plumbing, carpentry, etc... Marcus and his crew impressed me with the excellent quality of their work. I also quickly grew to like each of them personally, and it was a pleasure to have them in our home over the three days of the project. This is the fourth major project for our home by Comfort Windows (3 season room, deck, siding, and front porch with steps).
