Replaced sliding door off diningroom to outside deck
After having all of our windows replaced quite a few years ago, Comfort was the company I called to replace our sliding glass door going out to our deck. They came in, removed the old door, and installed the new door in just a few hours. The new door is wonderful -- we are again very pleased with Comfort Windows.
They were very professional
Comfort Windows Buffalo put in windows by our fireplace. There were no windows there before, just bookshelves that we took out. Basically they came in and made the hole and brand new windows for us. I was with them the whole day, and we had a dog in the house. They were friendly and took time out to make sure the dog was comfortable with them. They were clean, organized, and didn't complain about anything. I just thought the job was very professionally done!

We've been very happy with Comfort Windows Albany. This is our fourth contract with them, and they are very reliable. They were here when they said they would be. They worked, and they did the job they promised to do. They were neat and clean, and the products are very good! We have a warranty with them, and when we've called for it, they've come out to do the work. We've had no issues!
Absolutely superior!
The customer service provided by Comfort Windows Albany was phenomenal! We needed a couple windows replaced in the house we just purchased. We noticed there were a couple really drafty windows over the winter, and we called three different companies. They all sent sales reps out to give us quotes. Comfort Windows was not the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. They worked with us to get financing for the windows. When the windows were done, they called to schedule the installation. The guys they sent out were absolutely phenomenal. They were so professional, and I really liked that they didn't subcontract the work out like other companies we talked to. The guys who installed the windows were employees of Comfort Windows. It's wasn't just random people, which I think holds them a little more accountable. It puts themselves at a higher standard. I really like the lifetime warranty we got with our windows. It is very different from the warranties offered by other companies. It's a true lifetime warranty. If we're still in the house in 20 years, and we have grand kids that throw a ball throu

Comfort Windows Syracuse did a shower enclosure for me. I still have to talk to my friend there who is one of the salesmen because I'm having issues with one of the walls.Otherwise, everything turned out well.

I really think that Comfort Windows sent the best crew that they had to my home. They were so accommodating and truly went out of their way to make sure that everything went well. They installed new windows for me and did an extremely neat job. They helped me take brackets down and were just awesome to work with. I really liked the whole experience, from the sales guy to the installation. This was my first time using them and I'd recommend them.

My experience in working with Comfort Windows of Albany has left me with a satisfying feeling and the results have been outstanding. Everything was done in a timely manner, with efficiency and detail. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge the technicians had during the installation and made it seem easy. The only issue I had was the initial estimate I had gotten was for a three pane door and then they called back stating they could only do a two pane door, which I ended up going with. I am happily satisfied with the results of my purchase and recommend these guys highly to anybody else in the local area or in the market for a quality window installation company with affordable rates and great customer service. These folks do wonderful work and you would be happy with the results as well.

Comfort Windows Syracuse did a great job putting in our windows.The technicians installed 7 new replacement windows. Everybody was very polite and courteous. We appreciated how well they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The workmanship is also very impressive. We are very happy. The windows look beautiful.
