Wonderful Customer Service and Installion
Comfort Windows of Rochester, NY installed windows for me today. The sales rep had presented all the details of the windows. The installers arrived on time, showed their ID. Took off shoes when entered the house, very clean and cleaned up everything inside and outside when finished. These windows seem to be of high quality and will certainly enjoy come winter. And, I don't have that hot sun coming in and ruining furniture/carpet. Quite a difference from the old contractor grade cheap windows.

they were so fast
the guys that came to install showed up on time and cleaned before they left. it was a two day install but they did a great job finishing early . these windows look great and open smoothly.

A great group of people
First, Don Miller was thorough and spent a good amount of time explaining the products. The installation crews were courteous, experienced, and cleaned up their messes. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to please.

I can not say enough about the new stone siding. Steve and Ben did a great job. They were here on time every day, and did not leave until the place was cleaned up. They really seem to take the job to heart. I will use Comfort again.
