Comfort Windows Syracuse came out to do four more windows this time for us and they turned out great. Their workers are very professional, they know what they are doing. Their workers show up on time and they are respectful of our home. If we had questions they were able to answer them. What would I tell potential customers? I would tell them to buy their products! When we replace more windows I will absolutely call Comfort Windows Syracuse again!
You Get What You Pay For!
After much research and meeting with several window companies, I couldn't be more satisfied with my final choice in Comfort.Knowing anyone can offer a lower price or even present differing "value propositions", Comfort proved to be the best of the best for my family's needs. Initially, I was sold with a project a family member had completed, but going through the process of learning first-hand, how much work goes into the recommendation from sales to the support of the office staff and install team, I was even more so sold! (And I do consider myself a fairly shrewd decision maker...and salesman by day...thus, everyone involved in the process was super supportive and very accommodating.) I was also treated as a VALUED and APPRECIATED customer from many great folks within the office - especially Robin and the "face of the company", Fritz. In fact, Fritz was personally involved in my project and ensured 100% satisfaction - something rare today! We are thrilled with how well everything went and moreover, the on time completion of better than expected results...not to mention, the quality of the install team
It Is 100% Easier To Heat With New Windows.
Comfort Windows Syracuse I tried for the very first time after seeing them on TV and at the Home Show. I had them do work on my camp out at the lake. They replaced all of the steel windows. Ohhhh...it is excellent!!! Comfort Windows was in and out in only three days to do the whole thing. The workmen were great and cleaned up so well after themselves. It was spotless! Their work is professional and they offer a very high-quality product. it really made a difference out at my camp. It is 100% easier to heat this season. It allowed me to use auxiliary heat. We put in a heat pump and it works excellent in conjunction with the new windows. I highly recommend using their service. I would tell you that you're probably going to pay a touch more, but well worth it! You will not find anyone in comparison.
Very good experience
The Team at Comfort Window recently installed 4 windows on our home, and did a fine job. The Installation team, consisting of David Taylor,Julio Martinez, and Richard Leach, worked very smoothly together, and kept the installation moving steadily along.The team was very courteous and cleaned every thing up, when they finished.

We just had four sliding windows installed 10/26/18 Shawn and Cliff did a great job even in the cold, a little high priced but you get what you pay for, would use them again !!!

Here's what I can tell you about Comfort Windows Syracuse. Their windows are awesome. Their installation is awesome. They are just absolutely fantastic. They are a really good company. Around here, you definitely want comfort windows and doors in your house. I have had an excellent overall experience with them, and I most certainly recommend!

I had my whole house done by Comfort Windows Syracuse, and I'm very happy with it. One year I had them come out and replace all the windows in the back of my house. The following year they came out and replaced all the windows in the front of my house. A few years later, I had my neighbor - who is a general contractor - build me a porch, and I purchased the windows from Comfort Windows Syracuse, but I just had my neighbor install them just to keep it simple and not have to coordinate work with another company. I'm a very simple and straightforward kind of guy, and I am happy if people do what they say they are going to do. Comfort Windows did what they said they were going to do. I have kept calling them back for other jobs, and I have already recommended them to others. Great company!
