Seven new windows, couldn't be happier!
Comfort Windows replaced seven windows in my home last week. I couldn’t be happier. The team of Pete, Fred, Jerry, Matt and Shane were professional, detailed, clean and focused. The end result is fantastic. The whole process from getting the quote through installment was seamless. I highly recommend Comfort Windows and Doors.
Very Pleased With Window and Siding Installation
We had a house full of new windows installed and were very pleased with the project. The installers were professional and the result was beautiful. Excellent quality. The whole house was completed in less than a day. We also had siding installed. Our installer was T.J. Johnson and his son, TJ II, and Bobby Raynore. The project was completed efficiently, competently, professionally, and beautifully. T.J. went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, paying attention to every detail. They were wonderful to work with and we couldn't be happier.

Our experience with Comfort from the salesman,installers,production manager in Syracuse was a pleasure. They kept us informed at all times with the progress. The installers were pleasant and professional workers. They cleaned up the project every night. We had some changes to the job and they did everything right in terms of making us happy. The project did not involve as much roof work as expected and they gave us a reduction in the total price. We could not be more pleased with the job. Thanks for everything.
Very Happy With Comfort Windows Syracuse!
We have used Comfort Windows Syracuse several times in the past. I believe it's been about a ten year relationship. We have been replacing our windows throughout the entire house and did so as we could afford to have them done. Comfort Windows Syracuse have always been courteous with us. They are clean when replacing windows and doing the work. If something happens they take care of it right away. We like that this is a local company and have been in business for many, many years. They keep their pricing affordable and work with you. We are very happy with them and will continue to do business with them and refer them to anyone looking for this type of service!
My heating bills decreased!
This was the second time I used Comfort Windows Syracuse. They put in some replacement windows for me, and they did a great job! They were right on time, and they were very professional in their work. They were also friendly, and easy to get along with. The windows look great, and they function great, too! I saw a decrease in my heating bills, and I really like that!

Comfort Windows Syracuse has always done great work for me! This was not my first time using their services. I have had them install siding, roofing, windows, gutters, and insulation. I keep going back to them because their customer service is really good and their pricing is fair. The workers are always prompt, polite and professional. They are respectful of my home and courteous. When they come out to evaluate a problem they are able to quickly and efficiently assess the problem. They take the time to tell me what they find with their assessment and what options we have to fix it. They also take the time to answer any of the questions I have for them. I absolutely recommend Comfort Windows Syracuse!
Sunroom makeover & windows
Comfort Windows have worked at our home on three separate occasions. Each time the product and professionalism from start to finish was exceptional. The first two times, windows (16) were installed and shortly after that, we hired the company again to rebuild a sunroom.
