Right from the beginning, I have found the salesperson for Comfort Windows Syracuse to be knowledgeable, and helpful. Their contractors come at the scheduled time, and the job is finished when they say that it will be done. I've been a customer of Comfort Windows Syracuse for over three years. The first year we had them install all new windows. Last year we had them install new doors. This year we had them install new siding. I've always felt comfortable with them as my contractors. Both the workmanship and the quality of the materials is very high. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Comfort Windows Syracuse did work in my house as well as my daughter's. I had windows and storm doors installed. And my daughter had specialty doors put in. Both were storm and exterior doors. Everything turned out excellent. They did great work and even cleaned up after themselves! If I needed more work to be done, I would call Comfort Windows Syracuse because of their professional services by the installers and sales representatives. If someone were interested in their work, I would tell them they were there and done when they said they would be. They were very efficient and did a great job. Scheduling was easy. I called one day, and they were there the next day. They had friendly sales representatives and installers. They were both professional. They were also very respectful in my home. Both the interior and exterior was trimmed out. Everything turned out perfect. Yes, I would recommend Comfort Windows Syracuse to my family and friends, even my enemies.

Our 130 year old house has 10 windows on the 2nd fl. We just bought the house a year ago and it needed lots of work, including 2nd fl windows. We got two estimates and were most impressed with Comfort's product and price. Their sales person thoroughly explained the product and procedure. We could not afford all 10 windows at one time, so did 5 in the summer and 5 in the winter. They arrived as promised, were friendly and did a great job. Between the window jobs, we hired them to vinyl wrap the first fl windows, a job also well done. I highly recommend them.

Comfort Windows Syracuse replaced most of the windows in my home and it looks great! I found them through local advertising and I sure am glad! Their pricing is a bit high but when you consider that the windows come with a lifetime warranty and replacement if there are any problems then the pricing is very fair. I have now purchased windows for two of my homes with Comfort Windows and I do have a crack in one of my windows at my second home and all I needed to do was show them the paperwork and they were able to do the replacement. Having the new windows is making a big difference, I don't feel drafts now and they look so pretty. I want people to know that Comfort Windows Syracuse is a trustworthy company with great windows and fair pricing! I would absolutely use them again!

Comfort Windows Syracuse came out to do four more windows this time for us and they turned out great. Their workers are very professional, they know what they are doing. Their workers show up on time and they are respectful of our home. If we had questions they were able to answer them. What would I tell potential customers? I would tell them to buy their products! When we replace more windows I will absolutely call Comfort Windows Syracuse again!

After much research and meeting with several window companies, I couldn't be more satisfied with my final choice in Comfort.Knowing anyone can offer a lower price or even present differing "value propositions", Comfort proved to be the best of the best for my family's needs. Initially, I was sold with a project a family member had completed, but going through the process of learning first-hand, how much work goes into the recommendation from sales to the support of the office staff and install team, I was even more so sold! (And I do consider myself a fairly shrewd decision maker...and salesman by day...thus, everyone involved in the process was super supportive and very accommodating.) I was also treated as a VALUED and APPRECIATED customer from many great folks within the office - especially Robin and the "face of the company", Fritz. In fact, Fritz was personally involved in my project and ensured 100% satisfaction - something rare today! It Is 100% Easier To Heat With New Windows.
Comfort Windows Syracuse I tried for the very first time after seeing them on TV and at the Home Show. I had them do work on my camp out at the lake. They replaced all of the steel windows. Ohhhh...it is excellent!!! Comfort Windows was in and out in only three days to do the whole thing. The workmen were great and cleaned up so well after themselves. It was spotless! Their work is professional and they offer a very high-quality product. it really made a difference out at my camp. It is 100% easier to heat this season. It allowed me to use auxiliary heat. We put in a heat pump and it works excellent in conjunction with the new windows. I highly recommend using their service. I would tell you that you're probably going to pay a touch more, but well worth it! You will not find anyone in comparison.

The Team at Comfort Window recently installed 4 windows on our home, and did a fine job. The Installation team, consisting of David Taylor,Julio Martinez, and Richard Leach, worked very smoothly together, and kept the installation moving steadily along.The team was very courteous and cleaned every thing up, when they finished.
