Great Installation Crew
We just had our ProVia screen door installed by your crew - Cliff Wood and Kevin Cummins (Cimms?). They were great, installing in a violent thunder and lightning storm - persevering through that and a power outage that they helped us restore. They had to do some custom furring to fit the door, which was done so well it looks like part of the house. They left everything $@!#% and span.
The two installers Nelson and Ty were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered our questions.

I used to work in a different phase of construction, mostly underground pipework. But I am familiar with the construction industry. The installers with Comfort Windows Syracuse did their job, cleaned up their mess, and went home. I have no complaints. I bought four windows and two sliders from them. Comfort Windows Syracuse was professional from beginning to end.
Excellent Quality and Service
We purchased our sliding glass door on 8/27/04. In May, 2013, we noticed a small amount of moisture between the class. Comfort dispatched a technician to repair at no charge. To date, it is still solid. The sliding mechanism is still working perfectly, 16-years from installation. As a side note, a friend of ours ripped a hole in the screen door, which they repaired free of charge.

I am a repeat customer. This is now my 5th time using Comfort and I recommend them highly. In fact, 2 of my neighbors have now used them after seeing my completed work. They just completed Siding and Window Installations and the employees were professional, on time, kept me informed, and continued throughout the project to ask if I had any issues or questions. That's all I can ask for, so I'm very pleased and would gladly use them for future projects.
