I'm Very Happy With The Work They Do
I have had Comfort Windows Syracuse come to my house several times now, with windows and doors. The last thing they did for me was to put in new sliding glass doors. They arrived and measured the area. They took out the old door, added new framing, and installed the new door. It was all done in a day. They were so courteous, professional, and cleaned up everything. I couldn't be happier with their services, and if I need anything else, I'll be calling them again.

Comfort Windows Syracuse has a good reputation locally, so when I wanted to replace all the windows in my house, I called them for the job. As expected, they did good work. They replaced all my windows, a sliding patio door, and two screen doors. The installers showed up when they were expected. When they were done, they cleaned up well. The only small issue I have had is with replacing broken windows. Since the installation, my son has accidentally broken a few windows and the reordering process takes quite a while. I've had to board up broken windows while I wait for Comfort Windows to make and produce replacements. They seem to be standard size windows and I wish that replacements would come a little bit faster. But besides that, I'm very happy with the company and its product. I recommend Comfort Windows Syracuse!
Excellent Experience Buying Windows
I have used Comfort Windows Syracuse for several windows at two different locations. I went into their shop looking at windows and the salesman was very good and knowledgeable about what windows would wear best and last longer. He was honest and upfront answering all of my questions and the pricing was good. The installation team arrived on time and was respectful and they also explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I am happy with the windows and the service that I received!
Awesome Experience
I had my windows installed on December 23rd 2019. It happened to be close to 60 degrees that day so I was happy. The crew, Cliff, Steve and Shane showed up early and I liked that too. They were no nonsense with the preparation in putting down really thick drop cloths and preparing. They offered to move the furniture out of the way for me but I had already done the bulk of the work. I could go on about how cool and nice these guys were while maintaining a sense of professionalism. So off they go like a well oiled machine in the installation. Cliff is wonderfully picky about perfection and I can really appreciate that. It took about six hours to complete the job and I couldn't be happier with the windows. They slide to the center of the picture window. The design seems to be in keeping with the original architecture of this 100 year old house. This particular design was recommended by the sales rep, Bob Conti. I wanted double hung on the two side windows and I thank Bob for showing me this alternative. Comfort Windows Syracuse has done a lot of work for me. Overall, I give them a rating of four and three-quarters out of five. That's mostly because the windows seem to take forever to get here and I'm a very impatient person. And they're kind of expensive. But I understand Comfort Windows does all the manufacturing themselves and they certainly know what they're doing. The product is very high quality. We've been doing a few windows at a time as we can afford to. We also hired Comfort Windows Syracuse to install a new front door which I love. And they re-did the main bathroom, gutted it and everything. I absolutely love the new bathroom! I just had Comfort Windows give me an estimate for my other bathroom, but right now the quote is way too high for me. I'll continue to order the windows until the last few are done. Another great thing about Comfort Windows Syracuse is that they show up exactly when they say they will. I definitely recommend them!

Professional & Pleasant
I had Comfort Windows Syracuse install yet another window for me. They are great! They bring out samples for me and go through a great presentation to explain which ones will wear better and last longer. They explain which ones will protect the house better to keep the heat in and cold depending on the season. The installers arrived on time and got to work right away. They were respectful of our home and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. Everything looks really good. This was not our first window installation with them and we will call them again when we replace more of our windows! I highly recommend Comfort Windows Syracuse!
