Excellent Process Throughout
The salesperson was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining the product, choices and installation process. He made recommendations based on our budget. The office staff was wonderful. She worked with our schedule to set up installation dates. The installers were terrific. The majority of the work was done by Mike and Mark. They were very respectful. They tolerated my dogs too! They cleaned up every day rather than waiting until the last day of the project. The windows and sliding patio door are beautiful. It's also quieter in the house, traffic noise. I highly recommend Comfort Windows.
