They arrived promptly at 8:30. Worked all day practically in the rain. Branddon laid the drop cloth down to prevent my home from possible mud and dirt coming in too. They did a great job and I highly recommend Comfort Windows.
Great People Excellent Service
This was the first time I've worked with Comfort and start to finish the experience was fantastic. Worked with Kevin on the initial estimate and he answered all my questions patiently to get me exactly what I needed. For install we had Davey and Mike and the final product was amazing. Windows looked fantastic inside and out. They made sure everything checked out before starting, we're very courteous in answering my questions, and made sure to consult me for small decisions in regards to the molding that was top notch from a professional standpoint. I will definitely use Comfort in the future and recommend to family and friends.
Excellent Storm Door Install
The crew came on time and worked in the rain all day. They made sure to laid down the floor protection to help the area stay clean and dry. They were kind and respectful towards any of my questions. I highly recommend Comfort Windows.
Great Basement Experience
I have to say, this was a great experience. We worked with Matt LeClair on our sale, which is the second time we have worked with him. This sales was for basement windows and the first was doors. Both times we have had great experiences. Our installer for the door were friendly and answered all my questions. This time Mark,Jake and Kevin were our window installers and they were terrific. We had an egress window put in. In March it’s cold out and they work diligently to get it done as quickly as possible. They had to come in and out of the house and kept the area clean. The basement after having cut through cement was cleaned up nicely. I can’t say enough good things about the team. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Gorgeous New Entry Door
I just had my new entry door installed by James Johnson and his team. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. The door was installed perfectly. He even gave me some much appreciated advice on the trim. When they finished you never would have known they were there. It was neater than before they arrived. I would recommend this team to anyone. Oh yeah. The door is gorgeous. A great addition to my home.

HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT WE WERE 100% SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE INSTALLATION. NOW TO THE INSTALLERS - BRANDON AND KAITLYN - I HOPE COMFORT WINDOWS NEVER HAS TO REPLACE EITHER ONE OF THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER FIND SUCH A TEAM LIKE THEY ARE. Just wanted to express how happy we are with our 9 windows and sliding door replacements! We live in Buffalo, but our Team worked from the Syracuse location, Mike and Daveyll (so sorry if I miss spelled your name) they did an excellent job just the 2 of them replaced our windows and door. They cleaned up the mess after each placement was done and at the end of each shift. They definitely went above and beyond for us!! We appreciate everything they did for us! Will definitely refer to friends and family in the future! Again, thank you’s for your services!
Amazing transformation
The two installers, Tony and Christian arrived when they said they would be here and went right to work putting down drop cloths to protect our carpets. They had to remove a one piece fiberglass tub and shower and it was done very carefully so none of the custom wood molding was damaged. The new shower install took two days and the work was non stop. When the job reached the point where grab rails and shelving was to be installed they discussed the placement of the accessories so we had them exactly where we needed them. When the job was done they were very careful in the clean up and reviewed the care and cleaning of our new shower. I would recommend this company and Tony and Christian for anyone looking for a quality and professional job.
