From initial contact to installation completion, every aspect of our project has been fantastic. Ryan listened to our needs, our budget, and our timeline and made everything work for us. Our installers, Cliff and Ty from truck 157 are phenomenal. I felt as if they were treating my home as their own and giving it all the care and time needed to make sure the install was perfect. Cliff and Ty (Truck #179) did the installation of my laundry room window that was beyond my expectations. Our origanal window leaked for years, even before we purchased the house, after putting in the new window they did more things to insure that in the future I would have no more concerns with leakage. Excellent Window Upgrade in Buffalo!
Today I had another window installed in my house by the team of Jake H and Anthony C. This is the 2nd time that I have dealt with Jake and Anthony as they installed a patio door and kitchen window last year. Today they did a bedroom window. They were on time, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They did an excellent job installing the window explaining how to work it! I have one more window that I just ordered and hope that when it's time to install I will get Jake and Anthony again!! Very pleased with the look of my new window!

Another Amazing Project!
This is my third purchase/project from Comfort and once again they knocked it out of the park. My salesman Dennis Daniel is top notch one of the best, most honest guys I have ever worked with. This project was a new Entry Door with Sidelights previously I had Windows installed. I was lucky to have John, TJ and Bill on this project and they did an amazing job as always. Showed up on time, installed the door with zero damage to my stone and could not of been nicer. I highly recommend Comfort which I do as much as I can.
