We were treated very well by John Krauze, the sales person, when we ordered the door. He was very informative, pleasant, and helpful. The door was installed today by John, Carl, and Danny. We're very pleased with the door itself as well as the installation. Everyone we've worked with from Comfort has been very kind and very professional, including the person we spoke with over the phone.
