We hired Comfort to complete a siding and door job. It was to install two doors, tear off old siding,insulate, side and trim.We had "contractor trauma" from an experience with a different company a couple of years ago so we were leary of signing paperwork anywhere. I feel that we had an acceptable wait time from the date we signed until institution. It was actually a little sooner than I expected! The cost was, the cost..it is what it is and they are comparable to other companies. The customer service is excellent thought. From the salesman to the project managers, foreman and workers, everyone seemed knowledgeable. That is important to me! The doors were installed without a hitch! The gentlemen were polite and professional. They had a little extra work to get one door to hang properly but they took care of it! They vacuumed the mess off the floors and took care of our home while inside. The day of the siding install came and these guys came to work! I was impressed with the steps they took to keep the trash contained and to keep it out of my yard. The crew laid down tarps below their work area and that caught a lot of debris and nails. They worked efficiently and were very polite any time we interacted. At the end of the day they cleaned up, vacuumed the driveway, threw away all the debris and used large rolling magnets to clean up nails! The next day, they came back and started right back up!
