The project went very well. The crew was great and took everything in stride, even when things went a bit sideways with the structure that had deteriorated from the previous windows. The final look is great and we can already notice how much quieter it is, as well as the rooms that had damaged windows are much more comfortable now. The old windows had cracked and lost their insular value and started to greenhouse the rooms across the back of the house. Now, there are no "hot spots" and it seems the A/C is able to keep up with the heat much easier. It's also really helpful that we can open windows and not feel like the top sill of the frame is going to collapse and have no doubt that we can get them closed again. As I said, the crew was great and there was minimal disruption. They asked if they needed something, and cleaned up immaculately when they were done at the end of each day. Couldn't be happier with how it came out. This was our 2nd project with Comfort at our house, and our 4th when you count in other family. If and when we have another project come up, we know who we're going to call!
