We were thrilled with the installation process. The installers couldn't have been more professional. Hard to believe that sixteen windows can be so efficiently installed within a two day period. Recommend that the survey we were given upon completion be mailed and not completed as it is awkward in person.

From initial contact with the office staff, generation of estimates, through construction and completion of my projects, I found Comfort to be professional, reliable and on time. I particularly like that Comfort uses it's own crews, trucks tools and equipment and doesn't rely on subcontractors. Prices are competitive.

Crawl-space insulation work & new cellar window
I was very satisfied with workers while they were at my house doing their work. Amazed how efficient and professional they were. Hopefully I'll experience warmer floors as result of the work. However I was told Comfort would be calling to setup time to come check air quality from hot water heat and furnace. This is to be sure nothing was changed in air flow during work they did. As yet no contact has been made.

The presentation on the windows was great, the instalation was seemless, and the financing was excellent. I wish I had paid attention to the screens during the presentation. They don't lock and I have a two-year-old who likes playing with them. However, we can't wait unitl winter to see the results! .
