Excellent Experience with Comfort Windows
Everything about our experience with Comfort Windows was excellent. We recently had them install both new windows and had the entire house re-sided. The salesman was enthusiastic and able to answer all of our questions. He made 3 trips to our house in total during the process. Also, one of the windows which was delivered was incorrect. Within 5 minutes of leaving a message, the salesman called me back. He called me back an additional 3 times over the next 15 minutes and had the matter solved to our complete satisfaction. I know that mistakes can be made, but his quick resolution is what can make or break an experience. He was excellent. The actual installation crews were outstanding. They were personable and detailed. Overall the installation when with no issues. Their daily clean-up around the house was impressive. Being retired, we were around them a lot, asked a bunch of questions and just watched out of curiosity. They were happy to answer any of the questions that we had. I would gladly recommend Comfort Windows to anyone in the market for their services.

This is the first time I have used Comfort Windows. The workmen who spoke with me were very helpful in explaining what was needed, how long it would take and the results I would get. They were very careful in doing the work and left the area in clean condition. I am very pleased with my new windows.

We up cheesed several windows and a front door from comfort windows in Syracuse .. EVERY person we dealt with was extremely pleasant , professional and knowledgeable . Mike our salesman was attuned to what we were asking for and made appropriate suggestions along the buying process.. Efficient yet personable. The people who came into our home from the man measuring to the installers were beyond courteous .. There was absolutely nothing that they left undone.. The work areas were showcase .. I would highly recommend and say they exceeded our expectations ..

My experience with Comfort Windows was excellent overall. The salesperson was helpful, informative and not at all high pressure. The price for my very large bow window was competitive. The gentleman who came to measure my window was very helpful and last, but not least, the team that installed the window (in pouring rain) was punctual and efficient. I love my new window.
Very professional job.
We were thrilled with the installation process. The installers couldn't have been more professional. Hard to believe that sixteen windows can be so efficiently installed within a two day period. Recommend that the survey we were given upon completion be mailed and not completed as it is awkward in person.
Service received was excellent. Crews were punctual, professional, and cooperative.
