Start to finish the team at Comfort did a fantastic job. Their staff was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. They were able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for and offer suggestions for things we hadn't considered. The installation was done quickly and with great attention to detail. I would recommend Comfort all my friends and family.
Great Company, Excellent Service
Comfort Windows installed a large front window for us this Fall. From free estimate till final installation, every step is very smooth and pleasant. From salesman, to technicians, to Accounting Dept, or Service Dept., whomever we communicated with were very friendly and helpful. They even went extra miles to meet our expectations. We are very satisfied with Comfort Windows. They don't play games, and really get their work done perfectly. You get what you pay for. We will definitely use Comfort Windows again for our future home improvement projects.

We were very impressed how thorough the men were at installing the windows also at cleaning up after them selves. The windows make our house look better. I would recommend Comfort windows.
Prompt and efficient and did a good job.
Well had Comfort Windows Albany install ten windows. They were timely did a good job installing them. The only problem that I had was that They said if we recommended them we would get a $50 off our bill. We did recommend them to our brother in law but we didn't get the $50 they promised. We even called them but they still haven't delivered.
Great company
We've used Comfort Windows twice and like their service. We initially had some trouble using the locks on the windows and also saw daylight through the corners of the screen but they came right out when we called them and made good on everything. We love the windows and have already recommended them to some of our friends.

They did a perfect job!
This was my first time using Comfort Windows Buffalo. I had them install a double front storm door and they did everything perfect. The door was very heavy and it took about a day to install. I appreciate how well they blended it with the trim. The technicians were very good workers. The tension is perfect. You can tell it is a very high quality product. I am very happy and will definitely use them again in the future.
