THE FIRST WINDOW I ORDERED WAS WRONG BECAUSE OF MISCOMMUNICATION, BUT JERRY CAME OUT AND TOOK THE NEW MEASUREMENT HIMSELF AND REORDERED THE WINDOW. I HAVE YET TO PICK UP THE NEW WINDOW. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT HE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT! THANKS!!!!!

My installation was done during the coldest week in December with temperatures in the single digits and wind chills below zero. Bill Jordan and Ernie Cross were my installers and I have never received better service from any company. They replaced the windows in a fast and efficient manor without taking any shortcuts. They showed up on time, keep the place clean and finished in two days even though the estimated time was four days. I marveled at the beauty of their caulking work and didn't show them my work in the kitchen and tub areas. If you think this is good, I mentioned a problem I had after installing a sliding glass door in the pool area. I had an unsightly gap along the right side. Ernie bent up some aluminum, dressed all three sides of the door, insulated and caulked it at no charge. At this point I was embarrassed that I had even mentioned it because it increased the time he spent outdoors so I didn't mention any of my other errors. That didn't matter, he found the one window I didn't replace in the house along the side of the garage and took it upon himself to trim and insulate it thereby covering
