Had Comfort Windows installed several years ago and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The installation was done in one day, the crew was courteous and the clean up was great. We did have a warranty issue regarding a broken window and a cracked frame, this was handled in an excellent manner, the technician arrived right on schedule and performed the service right the first time. The office personnel were very professional also. I have recommended Comfort Windows to my friends and will continue to do so. It is a pleasure dealing with a local company.

Higher Prices But Worth It
My wife and I did a deep comparison between another company and Comfort Windows Syracuse. Ultimately we chose them because they had the best window warranties and policies, though they were the higher priced. They installed windows and siding in our home and the work turned out great. The workmen did leave a few things behind, like a large nail, which was hazardous for our children. Other than that they were professional and very focused on their work, they finished in the afternoon. Although, they were the higher priced, we felt that it was worth and would hire them to do more work, when we can afford it again.
Very Satisfactory!
I used Comfort Windows Syracuse for the first time, recently. There was a slight delay, due to a screen that got misplaced before its arrival, but ultimately I was very satisfied with their work. The employees here are professional and friendly, and were happy to answer any questions I had. Though the screens may not always be, their workers were on time and efficient, and I would definitely use this company again.

Bill and Jason did an excellent job fixing a drainage issue with our sliding glass door. They were totally professional and extremely polite. Everything was immaculate when they left. I would highly recommend Comfort Windows for their excellent product and If a problem does occur they immediately will fix it.

Contracted for three separate projects, a rear deck, front porch deck, and rear stairs leading down into woods. My wife and I were amazed at the finished product!! Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and even went out of their way to explain what needed to be done , and why. I watched them work from start to finish, every day they were here, and learned a lot about pride in one's work. Artie and Alex went above and beyond to assure our satisfaction. Friendly Staff And Great Quality Work
They've done an excellent job. I have had them do a few different projects for me in my home. They installed new windows and a sliding glass door the first time I contacted them, and they made one of my windows larger the second time I used their services. I think the door and windows turned out wonderfully! Their technicians were friendly and nice to work with, and they were confident that they could get each job done well, which they definitely did. I'm going to be contacting them again in the future for additional window treatments. I highly recommend them!
1920s home updated curb appeal
We just had 6 windows, siding, soffit, and gutters done by Comfort and it looks amazing. The whole company was just great to work with from sales to management to each of the crews just blew us away. They made us feel like part of the comfort family and helped us make the best decisions for our old 1920s house and make it look like a new home. I would Highly recommend them to anyone looking because they came to me Highly recommended and I wouldn't choose anyone else knowing now what I know. Thanks Comfort Team.
Very Satisfied With New Roof!
We are a repeat customer of Comfort Windows Syracuse and they have always done good work for us. Every year we have been getting a couple windows redone for our home in Syracuse but this most recent time they came and redid our roof for us. Everything went well as usual and the new roof looks great ! Always happy with the employees, they are respectful, on time, and always keep us updated on the progress of the work they are doing. Great Sealed Windows!
Comfort Windows Syracuse put in new windows in my house recently. There has been no water leakage so they seem nice. They employees worked fast and seemed to know what they were doing. They seal well which is needed for the cold weather. If need be, I will hire Comfort Windows in Syracuse again. They are an easy going company!
