The last contact I had with Comfort Windows was when I bought two new screen doors. The gentleman who came right out was the same one from years ago when we did business with the company. They did exactly what they said they would do. Their staff was on time, professional, and pleasant--and I'm very pleased with the doors. One of the screens broke and I took it down to them, and they replaced it. Comfort Windows is wonderful and I have no complaints.
Great service
I've had all of my windows replaced by Comfort over the last 25 years. 3 years ago had them install a sliding glass door. Great craftsmanship in the Windows and doors and excellent installation guys. I recommend Comfort to everyone.They recently replaced my front picture window which is 9 feet wide. They did it in 2 hours. From the initial estimate to the final install they are true proffessionals.
Great job in the worst of weather
Cliff and Shawn came with Justine the first 2 days they were here the weather was below zero and the wind was blowing horrible they were here 2 days with the 3 guys Cliff and Shawn came back the third day and did a storm door and finished inside doing the trim we did 3 huge bay windows and a garden window they were so quick at doing them in the weather the wa6 it was it amazed me Cliff and Shawn came back one last afternoon and raked up all the stuff that got away in the wind while they were here doing the windows GREAT JOB guys would have you back again and probley will when we do are last 4 windows in are house
Great Work and Men
We have seen Comfort Windows Syracuse advertised on T.V. all the time, but they were recommended to us by someone who knew they did basements. We hired them to finish our basement windows and their work turned out great. There was a bend in one the windows frames and they came out no problem to fix it. The workmen that came were polite and professional, and they were easy to scheule with. I really appreciated that when they came out to do an estimate, they explained eveything very well and so when they left I felt like I had a good understanding of what they were going to do. Their services were pricey, but I think we would at least call them to get an estiamte if we ever need more work done.
Great installation job
In 2017 we had 7 windows replaced and had our our 160 year old home & pool house sided. The installation team of Cliff, John & Edwin did an exceptional Job. The lead installer Cliff made sure we were informed of the process and discussed all concerns and changes.
Always A Good Experience
Comfort Windows Syracuse has done multiple jobs for us on our home and we are always satisfied with the way things turn out. We only trust them to do the work and their prices are very reasonable for the high quality of work they do for us. They take their time with the work, meaning they will sometimes go over their allotted time schedule but it is well worth it. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Job Very Well Done
Pete and his team did a great job installing our Exterior front door and storm door, the steel door from kitchen to garage, and the back door from the garage to deck. The doors are tight and don’t leak with the cold weather and look terrific. We’re very pleased with the products and workmanship. We recommend Comfort Windows and Doors and plan to use then again to replace all our interior doors.

Had Comfort Windows installed several years ago and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The installation was done in one day, the crew was courteous and the clean up was great. We did have a warranty issue regarding a broken window and a cracked frame, this was handled in an excellent manner, the technician arrived right on schedule and performed the service right the first time. The office personnel were very professional also. I have recommended Comfort Windows to my friends and will continue to do so. It is a pleasure dealing with a local company.

Higher Prices But Worth It
My wife and I did a deep comparison between another company and Comfort Windows Syracuse. Ultimately we chose them because they had the best window warranties and policies, though they were the higher priced. They installed windows and siding in our home and the work turned out great. The workmen did leave a few things behind, like a large nail, which was hazardous for our children. Other than that they were professional and very focused on their work, they finished in the afternoon. Although, they were the higher priced, we felt that it was worth and would hire them to do more work, when we can afford it again.
