Great value, outstanding craftsmanship

I wanted to reach out and thank you for all your involvement in making our first exposure to Comfort Windows a very positive experience. From the initial in-home estimate and scope definition you provided me, to the schedulers and ultimately the on-site workers, your company provided a professional, courteous, and craftsman-like solution for our aging home. You priced us just what we wanted, in a reasonable timeframe, and established a level of trust. For these reasons, we gave you our business. You never led us astray with timeframes or costs. You never tried to upsell when I didn't want you to. You never tried to nickel and dime us with last minute add-ons. You listened to what WE wanted, rather than tried to convince us what YOU would do. Mike and Cory went overboard, working a VERY long day and into the night to make sure they finished up the job. They were very considerate and professional, and did outstanding work. And when they left, you'd never have known they were here. For THOSE reasons, you've gained a repeat customer.
