Our experience with Comfort has been awesome. Great price and value for our window install. I wish had all the crew members names that worker on our house, regardless they were professional, on time and went above and beyond for our windows and sliding glass door. Will be using Comfort for future projects!

Mike and Rob installed our storm door today, they were both professional, polite and did a great job. We really appreciated how they took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up taking the old door and packaging with them. We would definitely recommend Comfort to our friends.
Great warranty and product
The crew did a fantastic job. Found out what was causing the water behind the gutter problem was when tore off and showed me photos not just said here is the bill at end. 25 year workmanship warranty the best!!
Excellent install and amazing customer service
I recently had ne vinyl siding done by Carlos and his crew. The crew was amazing, very respectful and professional, our project manager Steven Stone went above and beyond to make sure our project was done on time and to out expectations. We can not say enough good things about how he handled our project and how informed he kept us at every stage from start to finish. It was a true pleasure to work with the team at comfort windows.

great sales experience
Just had a great experience with Shawn sales rep for comfort windows and doors to get a new shower install. He arrived on time. Was very efficient with all details, took all measurements and helped with all the final decisions , was easy and very clear with all information and even redid my colors when i changed my mind about 3 times with no issues. I am looking forward to my install in about 8-10 weeks. I will leave an update on the finished project. again, i cannot say enough about how effecient Shawan was and how very helpful with his expert ideas. Thanks Shawn for being so patient and pleasant.

Excellent Window Installation
A few years ago we used the Comfort Windows in Albany to replace a picture window with a rotted sash. We were so happy with the result that we recently had them replace all the rest of the windows in our house. The tilt-ins are easy to clean, well insulated, easy to open, and look great. Special thanks to Hector, Alex and Jason, the crew who did the job. They were skillful and professional, worked fast but had time to answer all our questions. They made sure we were happy before they left. We would definitely recommend this company and this crew.
