Service Tech Josh and Customer Service
My wife and I give Comfort Windows our highest recommendation. We had all of our windows replaced in January 2025. When we noticed that some of the windows were opening hard we contacted Customer Service. They set up an appointment to come out and fix them. During our appointment today we were met by Service Tech Josh. He is phenomenal, friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and ensured every window worked as expected. You cannot go wrong with Comfort.
Amazing Quality and Service
Dennis initially came out for our estimate and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable on the windows and craftsmanship. Ralph and Roy did an excellent job installing our brand new Premier 3 Pane Slider Window. Our old storm windows in our sunroom were not functional and needed to be replaced. We now have a beautiful sliding window that's easy to open and close! Great job! We will love it for years to come! We would recommend Comfort Windows to our family and friends!
An amazing company
I cannot say enough about Comfort Windows and Josh , Brian , Joe and Jonah. Josh’s and his crew were not just professional but also very personable . Every time we had a question Josh would stop to talk with us and truly cared. Watching Josh and his men work together as a team was amazing. You could tell they all enjoyed what they were doing and they took such pride in their work. I can never thank them enough for giving us our dream sunroom.
Gold Star Service
On April 23 2025, Comfort installed a new Sliding Glass Door and Window on the West side of my home. The knowledge and professionalism of the installers was impressive. What gave me the greatest joy is that ahead of the their arrival, Comfort communicated to the installers a request of mine which was if at all possible save and reuse the solid walnut molding and oak threshold that my husband made by hand when we built our home. It may sound sentimental but I was touched that the installers answered my request. Amazing Service!
I’m not usually one to put long posts but for this expedition, this might be. From start to finish this was the best customer service I’ve experienced since moving into my house 3 years ago. From the Gentleman that came to go over the estimate with me, the Gentleman that came and measured, and the 3 Gentlemen that came to install my doors. Everyone was very friendly, explained everything but not with “deep explanation” ie didn’t as they say man-plain it. Every interaction was like talking to a friend that knew what I wanted and was interested in my plans. Thank you for employing kind, hardworking and personable people! I appreciate the time everyone put in to make my plan into reality. My new door look absolutely lovely!

Shower installation
Jamie and Ken were great. Very professional, courteous and craftsmen. Work quality is excellent. Cleanliness was outstanding. Fit and finish is the best. Glad they were assigned to our project! We are extremely satisfied with our new shower.
Comfort comes through again...
Had several windows replaced several years ago by Comfort. We needed a tub to shower conversion so we contacted Comfort first. From initial estimate to project completion.... can't say enough good about Comfort. The installation crew, Caleb, Justin & Dylan were a pleasure to have on the project.
