Awesome New Patio Slider For Our Cellar
I was very happy with how our salesman (Kevin Finnerty) seemed to go the extra mile to give us the best quote. Having 3 different warranty options was greatly appreciated. The quote even allowed for a reduction of cost if a certain thing did not need to be done to install our door. Only negative thing was the initial lead time which was going to have the door installed in mid January. To our surprise, we got a call early October that they had the door and a crew to do the work just this week (October 25). The installation crew - Kyle S. & Chris D.) did a fantastic job. They took their time and everything looks very professionally done. The cellar and the outdoor patio was cleaned up perfectly. I thought it was nice that their site foreman (Jared) did stop by just to see how things were going.
Siding Install is Perfect!
The entire process, from sales and installation was very smooth and professional. Brian and his crew did an excellent job on our siding installation. They were absolutely professional and took great pride in their work. We made a couple of changes and they were very willing and able to make those changes. Our house looks spectacular and the neighbors love it as well. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the site once the work was done. Customer service was very helpful and prompt. We are very, very pleased and will be glad to use Comfort Windows on future jobs. We heartily recommend Comfort Windows and Doors.

The guys from comfort windows installation crew were Kyle, Chris and Paul . I have had many different contractors over the years but none as professional as these guys were!!!... They came both days right at 9a.m., worked under Kyles directives and worked as a well oiled machine!!.. They were friendly and cleaned up everything nicely!!!. They had some rot under my back door and just went to work and corrected the situation... the aluminum work on the outside is very nice and neat looking! I will be a comfort windows customer for life ibecause of guys like this!!
Excellent Service / Slider and Windows
Truck #179 - These three men were awesome! They were prompt and worked hard. They had to replace some rot in order to install windows but they cleaned everything up nicely. All 3 of the men were very personal and took pride in their work. The finishing touches were great and we are so please with everything they did. We highly recommend this company and truck #179. Excellent. the crew of Cliff, Kevin and Jeff from truck 179, were on time and very efficient. They took care to remove the old windows and then install the new windows and sliding door with special care taken too insulated the areas against wind and rain. They quietly went about their jobs and completed their tasks onetime. I would recommend this crew for any job. Thank your the great work.
