Great Basement Experience
I have to say, this was a great experience. We worked with Matt LeClair on our sale, which is the second time we have worked with him. This sales was for basement windows and the first was doors. Both times we have had great experiences. Our installer for the door were friendly and answered all my questions. This time Mark,Jake and Kevin were our window installers and they were terrific. We had an egress window put in. In March it’s cold out and they work diligently to get it done as quickly as possible. They had to come in and out of the house and kept the area clean. The basement after having cut through cement was cleaned up nicely. I can’t say enough good things about the team. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Gorgeous New Entry Door
I just had my new entry door installed by James Johnson and his team. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. The door was installed perfectly. He even gave me some much appreciated advice on the trim. When they finished you never would have known they were there. It was neater than before they arrived. I would recommend this team to anyone. Oh yeah. The door is gorgeous. A great addition to my home.

LET'S START OUT WITH THE SALES PERSON "CHRIS" - HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE WINDOWS AND SLIDING GLASS DOORS MADE OUR DECISION VERY EASY TO GO WITH COMFORT WINDOWS AFTER 2 OTHER ESTIMATES. HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT WE WERE 100% SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE INSTALLATION. NOW TO THE INSTALLERS - BRANDON AND KAITLYN - I HOPE COMFORT WINDOWS NEVER HAS TO REPLACE EITHER ONE OF THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER FIND SUCH A TEAM LIKE THEY ARE. Just wanted to express how happy we are with our 9 windows and sliding door replacements! We live in Buffalo, but our Team worked from the Syracuse location, Mike and Daveyll (so sorry if I miss spelled your name) they did an excellent job just the 2 of them replaced our windows and door. They cleaned up the mess after each placement was done and at the end of each shift. They definitely went above and beyond for us!! We appreciate everything they did for us! Will definitely refer to friends and family in the future! Again, thank you’s for your services!
Amazing transformation
The two installers, Tony and Christian arrived when they said they would be here and went right to work putting down drop cloths to protect our carpets. They had to remove a one piece fiberglass tub and shower and it was done very carefully so none of the custom wood molding was damaged. The new shower install took two days and the work was non stop. When the job reached the point where grab rails and shelving was to be installed they discussed the placement of the accessories so we had them exactly where we needed them. When the job was done they were very careful in the clean up and reviewed the care and cleaning of our new shower. I would recommend this company and Tony and Christian for anyone looking for a quality and professional job.
Windows, bay window, doors
I wanted to thank Jesse, Cody and Lewis for the excellent job they did at my home. They installed 10 windows and 2 doors. Every day they picked up after themselves and cleaned. My house looks like a home now. I also wanted to thank the other gentlemen that stopped over to assist. They all worked as a team and completed all of this work in 4 days. My house looks beautiful and it is a lot quieter now than it was last week. Great job, guys and I will be calling again in the future for a sun room off of the back of the house.

Comfort makes THE BEST windows bar none. But just as important is their imeasurement and installation. Their preparation is important and makes installation predictable. The installation teams are THE BEST! Professional, talented, and courteous. This is my second time having them do windows(sold a house had them replace the second house windows) the installation is flawless. Looks great inside and out. Just an outstanding job!!
