Wonderful Window Experience in Rochester, NY!
Our experience has been just wonderful. From the rep Jay who came and explained the product and Dave and the crew who installed 18 windows and a sliding door. Everyone arrived when they said they would. They were professional, respectful, and we couldn't be happier with the result! It's nice to know in this day and age that a company will provide the quality services they promise.
Efficient, Courteous and a Job Well Done!
We had sixteen windows and two sliding doors installed in our home in five days during some very humid as well as some rainy weather. The great teamwork consisting of Eric, Sam and Jerry did a fantastic job for us! Construction debris was cleaned up after each installation. As spokesman for the team, Eric kept us informed of what to expect daily. He was very courteous and answered any questions that we had. FANTASTIC!! Justin & Derrick arrived on time and began working right away. Their conscience work ethic was apparent during the whole installation.
