A job well done - very well done!
Under the leadership of Franklin, and assisted by Alfred, the conversion of my tub-shower into a walk-in shower was everything that I could have hoped for. It was accomplished within the promised 2 days and the results look spectacular. Franklin was extremely professional and accomodating when asked to make a last minute adjustment to the project. Throughout the project, Franklin and his team were very thoughtful in keeping me continually advised on the progress of the work - and very conscientious about keeping the work areas (floors, etc) clean during and after the competion of the project. I would strongly and happily recommend this company to others.
Our new look
From the moment we met andy to the final nail in our siding everyone was professional. From Corey setting up the start date to Steve coming over on day 1 of construction everything ran smooth. The crew picked up every day when they were done. They were very polite and courteous. The foreman made sure every concern that I had was taken care of in a timely manner.

Marcus and his assistants Shelton and Alfred were so professional, diligent, conscientious and courteous during the complete bathroom remodel that took place in our home from 1/5-1/7/26. I have successfully worked on multiple DIY projects on my homes over the past 50 years, and am very familiar with plumbing, carpentry, etc... Marcus and his crew impressed me with the excellent quality of their work. I also quickly grew to like each of them personally, and it was a pleasure to have them in our home over the three days of the project. This is the fourth major project for our home by Comfort Windows (3 season room, deck, siding, and front porch with steps). Comfort windows experience
Our installation crew supervised by Hector, did an incredible job installing our windows and front door. The amount of time they spent on installing each window gave us the confidence that the job was done right. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Patio Door and Bathroom casement window
First I'd like to thank Gary an Eric our installers. These guys were true craftsmen. The installation went smooth, the quality of the windows is excellent I especially like the casement window operation perfect. Everyone from our salesman, to our contact people Heather and Mariah, to Gary and Eric were all very friendly and professional. So refreshing having contractors show up and do such a professional job, Definitely doing more windows very soon!!
Walk in tub
I cannot praise the installers enough on this project. They installed a walk in shower in my 96 year old mother’s bathroom all in one day. Due to the snow storm they only had one day to do the entire system. They were very considerate of my mother’s choices and comfort during installation. Their work was impeccable; the shower is beautiful and provides her and her caregiver with ease and safety in her home; and they left the bathroom in pristine condition. I highly recommend these installers.
Great entry door replacement
As is usually the case, no project is without its surprises. My 42 year old entry door was no exception. But Gary was a trooper and figured out a way to install the door and storm door in a professional manner. He and Eric worked hard on a beautiful day that suddenly got windy and rainy. I was glad the door was installed before the temperature drop. Both Gary and Eric did a beautiful installation job, cleaned up thoroughly and were friendly and considerate. I’m very happy with the results of the project.
