The whole experience was excellent. The salesman, David Tilley, was very friendly, helpful, patient, and easy to work with. My home is an old farmhouse, so I was a bit apprehensive about how the installation would go. Brandon's installation crew was incredible. They were prompt every day, meticulous with their work, answered all questions, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed correctly and looked perfect. I can't speak highly enough about Brandon's crew. They represent Comfort Windows the best way possible. They are the final piece of the puzzle, so they truly leave the lasting impression for your company. You are lucky to have them. I would recommend Comfort Windows to anyone.

Comfort not only has a quality product but their teams, from the salesmen to the work crew, hold themselves to an extremely high standard. Our front door was in great shape but because we were so pleased with your work, we decided to upgrade it and drove out to your showroom to view various doors. With the help of Jeff, the salesman, we made the best decision for our front door. Comfort sent two teams to complete the installation. John and his crew did a quality job. First let me say the product is wonderful. Second, the crew of Joe, Joe and TJ did a great job under some pretty adverse weather conditions. The team was very professional and are obviously very skilled. Comfort is lucky to have these guys. They were very responsive to all of our concerns and questions. Finally, I have to say the windows are a wonderful improvement over our previous windows. Just the sound deadening difference is amazing, as I am sure the climate improvement will be as well. My 26 comfort windows are 17 years old and still look and work as new. The issues I've had with them were backed up 100% with their warranty, every issue resolved no matter what!!!! Great company all the way around. Best investment I've ever made with my home!!!
