Everything was fine with installation...windows were ready in the time frame promised.
Installation crew was great. Very professional and cleaned up construction sites completely. I would highly recommend Comfort Window and will call on them again when I need windows.

I would definitely recommend Comfort for siding your house. They pay attention to little details (even boxed an area for our flag on the house and put it up for us). They clean up after themselves, including vacuuming the lawn for little nails. Siders were efficient and friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great job.
PROFESSIONAL and THOROUGH
The wait was about 6 weeks but totally worth it. The 3 guys we had were awesome. They were very professional and thorough. The job they did was fantastic. 1 big picture window, 1 slider door and 5 windows in 1 day. Before they left, they made sure everything was picked up and that I was satisfied or had any questions. I purposely waited to write my review for the bad weather to hit. I wanted to "test" the windows and door. We could not be happier with the quality. We would totally use Comfort Windows again. From the initial contact with the salesman, Bob, to the final installation I was truly impressed with the professionalism of the Comfort Windows team. Bob provided information on the different types of windows without trying to pressure me to spend more then I could. He was very helpful and informative. The installers were great from start to finish. They explained what was going on and were proud of the excellent work that they did. It has been over 2 months since I have had them installed and I love them!

Great work but not cheap
The windows were here in a timely manner despite all the business they must have generated from the Erie County Fair. Communication for installation was great as they were here right when they promised. Workmanship inside was very neat and professional. Time will tell how well the windows hold up. We've had similar windows installed by others and I wonder just how different any of them are. These appear fine but at $600+ per window they are not cheap by any means. Only problem I had was that the installers were heavy smokers and although they never smoked inside the house, they reeked of smoke. As a result I had a sinus headache until the following morning..
