Service, quality, and delivery focused
Our barn and home needed new windows, siding, doors, and gutters. Our home also needed a new deck. This was a big project, and it was completed in roughly 4 months. No other company could have matched the high quality and rapid delivery of Comfort, and I write this having used Comfort to renovate my previous home too. You get what you pay for, and Comfort has the resources, product knowledge, and ability to deliver.
Excellent Service!
From ordering through completion, these folks did a fantastic job. We had 12 windows installed - the process was seamless. I thought the installation was going to be messy/noisy and it was so easy. The guys were very professional, efficient and pleasant and I couldn't be happier. And did I say we love the windows too? The Low-E coated glass really makes a difference with the strong sun!!! Next year we will be ordering the new siding through Comfort Windows.

Basement Finishing Project
Comfort did a great job on our basement. We went back and forth several times, got quotes from multiple contractors and ultimately went with Comfort because of their reputation and reviews. Mark would ask questions everyday before doing anything to make sure we were happy with the design or wanted to tweak it a bit. Ultimately, he made some minor changes that made a huge difference in the finished product. Everything looks like it belongs and like it's been here since the beginning. Hopefully Mark is on your project as well! The only complaint we had was the heat in the basement. With the vents it just wasn't getting warm down there on cold winter days. We addressed it with Comfort and after some back and forth they came back and installed a baseboard heater at no additional charge. That's the type of company that Comfort is. They stand behind their work and make it right if something is not working correctly. Bill, the production manager for basements, was very helpful in resolving this and made sure we were happy with the fix. Overall we're very happy with the basement. The materials all feel high quality
Window replacement/ siding damage
Windows were replaced and it was not until the following spring that I noticed a hole in the siding next to the window that allowed weather to get in behind the siding. I contact Comfort Windows service department and without question they came out looked at it and fixed it, even after all the months had gone by until I noticed it. This a great company that stands behind their work and doesn't try to get out a problem by blaming the customer. I would recommend them to anyone needing window replace. (The window replacement also was done professionally and perfect). Great job!
Comfort
We couldn't be more happy with Comfort Windows right from James coming to our home to show us patio door options, to the installation. All the staff at Comfort Windows were very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company for any service they offer!
Outstanding Service after the Sale
Joe, Scott and Tom were all very professional with helping me chose the right windows, for my home. Windows came in 4 weeks and were well packaged. A minor measurement problem was resolved without an issue. Phone calls were all answered promptly and with genuine concern. The windows fit and look great! What a difference from my old ones. I highly recommend Comfort Windows for all you home improvement needs!
