I bought an older home in 2016 and the windows were in need of replacing. I had 4 windows installed in the Fall (2016) and 4 more this March. The new windows make such huge difference in the appearance of my home. I will have the remainder done in the Fall. My neighbors have complimented me on the windows and asked me how I like Comfort Windows. I can't say enough about the quality and workmanship of this product. In addition, the knowledgeable and courteous staff were bar none. My salesman, Derrick O. never tried to sell me the most expensive windows and he wasn't pushy. We discussed what my needs were and I made a decision based on that. The installers were brilliant! Josh B and Angel did a great job during the first installation that I requested them for the second installation this March. I will definitely request them again. I did notice on the March installation that there was a mark on the bottom sash of one of my windows. I called and spoke to Regina. I sent her photos of the mark and she ordered me a new sash. Very Pleased - Great Service
Fair price, good product, and great service! Comfort Windows helped replace a bunch of windows of mine. The guys came in, were very professional, and did the whole job in one day start to finish. The end result was perfect and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them to others. Couldn't be more pleased!
No Problems At All During Install!
There were no problems at all with Comfort Windows Syracuse. The guy fixed the problem we had, and it was great! The time they had here, they had our windows done in a short time, no problem! I really, really like the windows. They're very nice. I have no problems at all, they did a great job.

Excellent Windows
I have to say that the people over at Comfort Windows Syracuse did an amazing job for me recently. They were very knowledgeable and up front about everything which was great and really made the process move that much more smoothly. We were able to get some beautiful windows installed and they were able to do it so quickly that we were not inconvenienced in the slightest. Their clean up was impeccable as well. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and will definitely be using them the next time I need new windows!
I really like them
I really like the people over at Comfort Windows Syracuse and the work that they do. I have had some of my windows and garage door re-done by them and it has been great. The people who do the work are always right on time and they work hard. The quality of their work is incredible especially considering how competitive their prices are. I actually like them so much that I just called them the other day to have them do even more work for me!
Awesome Experience
This is the second time I've used Comfort Windows. The first was two years ago for a house package of replacement windows. The quality of windows and the professionalism of the installers are what brought me back to Comfort for insulation and siding this past December. Again, the quality of the siding and the professionalism of the crew were superb! They were even able to match the new siding to the 20-year old current siding...AWESOME!! The cost of both projects was very reasonable. I will recommend Comfort Windows to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home.
We were just so happy with them
We actually did 2 properties at the same time with Comfort Windows Syracuse and they were real nice to work with. We went into the showroom and they showed us differences in glass; single pane, double pane, triple pane, etc. They worked with us to get the sizes we needed as well. We have a modular home and some of the sizes were odd. They did all the trim work to make them fit properly and they were meticulous about it. The guys that were here were wonderful. They made sure to pick everything up when they were done, you couldn't even tell they'd been here except that my windows looked beautiful! The other job they did was a townhouse my daughter lives in. I was there when they were installing those too. Both times the crew was great. The price was very good. We did price out several other companies and Comfort Windows was maybe a bit more expensive but it was worth every penny. I would absolutely will go back if I need window work in the future. We were just so happy with them. The noise reduction and everything else... amazing.

I just has 26 windows installed in my house by Comfort. From the beginning when my wife and I met with Peter and he came out to look at the house, it couldn't have gone better. Peter was honest and straight forward with what they can offer us and the product and pricing were very appealing. When the windows arrived, Jon and his crew worked very diligently and professionally to get the windows installed. He touched base with me several times throughout the process to make sure I knew what was being done and to clarify any questions that I may have had. At the end of each day, all windows that they had worked on that day were finished up, sealed up and cleaned up. When the job was complete, Jon walked me through how to properly operate and clean my new windows. The only sign that they were here is my house with new windows; no debris in the yard and no mess in my house. The install team worked on my house for three days in January with 25-35 degree weather and brisk winds. I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort to anyone who needs new windows.

We met with Brian and the showroom in Rochester so we could see samples. That was very helpful. When Brian came to the house he continued to answer our questions without pushing us in any way. The wait from signing until installation was a bit longer than expected, but we were contacted in advance and made aware of the delay due to circumstances beyond their control. No problem with that. Jeff M/ Matt B/ Josh were the crew that came to our house to replace 7 windows and a sliding patio door over two days. They came on time, worked steadily, and left everything cleaned up and neat both days. In the weeks since early December when the job was done I've waited to see if there were any surprises that came up afterwards. None. And no regrets.
