Best Home Improvement Company By Far
we had several projects done by Comfort: Roof, Siding, Basement Remodel and a Deck. All the jobs were completed in a timely fashion and anything I nitpicked they came right back out to take care of my concerns. I have worked with many home improvement companies but comfort is far and above the best.
No Pressure Excellent Experience
From the Sales presentation to Final install was absolutely excellent. The sales rep actually helped us into choosing our product and didnt force us into a product we didnt need. They helped us choose the best product for our budget. The install crew was great and they cleaned everything up. I am looking to do more work and they will be the only company I use.
Wonderful Experience in Irondequoit
We had Comfort install three new windows plus they built a beautiful three-season sunroom off our kitchen. Their service was wonderful from start to finish. The crews were all very professional, attentive, friendly, and considerate. No one came in the house without covering their shoes and they cleaned up the area each day before they left. Good communication in letting us know when things would get done. Kudos to the Comfort team especially Newt, Larry, Jim, Dylan and Mike. The quality of Comfort products is outstanding and guaranteed. I bought an older home in 2016 and the windows were in need of replacing. I had 4 windows installed in the Fall (2016) and 4 more this March. The new windows make such huge difference in the appearance of my home. I will have the remainder done in the Fall. My neighbors have complimented me on the windows and asked me how I like Comfort Windows. I can't say enough about the quality and workmanship of this product. In addition, the knowledgeable and courteous staff were bar none. My salesman, Derrick O. never tried to sell me the most expensive windows and he wasn't pushy. We discussed what my needs were and I made a decision based on that. The installers were brilliant! Josh B and Angel did a great job during the first installation that I requested them for the second installation this March. I will definitely request them again. I did notice on the March installation that there was a mark on the bottom sash of one of my windows. I called and spoke to Regina. I sent her photos of the mark and she ordered me a new sash. Fair price, good product, and great service! Comfort Windows helped replace a bunch of windows of mine. The guys came in, were very professional, and did the whole job in one day start to finish.
