I pulled my windows out of the balancers

Comfort windows is an awesome company. It was proven tonight when I called and through your menu was transferred to someone’s voicemail. I left a message late on a Friday night and Mike promptly called me back. I asked if we could just FaceTime and he could help me get put my windows back in because rain was pouring into my living room. MIKE was knowledgeable and kind. He helped me tremendously. Now my windows are closed and no more rain is coming in. We decided that he would have someone contact me on Monday for a service call because I cannot lift the lower pane most likely due to my error I made with the balancers. I want to make sure that Mike gets kudos for helping me out on my terms (a FaceTime call). I did not want someone coming over after hours. Mike will have someone contact me on Monday when your company is open again. I am so thankful to Mike. He is a great representative for Comfort windows. Give the man a raise !! Such a great employee.
