I was very, very pleased with the professional but friendly manner of the crew that completed my window installation. John thoroughly explained everything in real time and when the operation of one of the windows was not what I expected, he took the time to work on it, making adjustments until it was working as it should, smoothly and efficiently. Love the window!...but I haven’t been able to put the curtains back up because I don’t want to cover it! 😊 Can’t wait to open those windows and bring some fresh air in. I’m very happy with both window and the installation. Thank you.
